After downloading Firefox browser from my organizations toolbox on my new enterprise Macbook Pro, I logged in using my email address, but my password was not recognized. After resetting my password and successfully logging in, none of my previous data is available. Is there a way to find this data from my last back up? I do have my Mozilla recovery key.

weibo.com will not load on Firefox. I've tested it on Edge and Chrome and it loads on both. It uses a "sina passport" system, I assume to handle traffic from outside China and avoid DDOS attacks. The URL for this is passport.weibo.com. The issue with Firefox is that it never passes this check. The passport will continually refresh and never load the main website content, only serving a blank URL as it tries to enter the site.

Recently, my FireFox has been acting a bit strange when it comes to playing videos. I am using a site called Udemy to watch a video course I'm taking, however, the videos don't seem to play for either a long time, or until I tab into YouTube and play a video there.

This issue is not only with Udemy however, as the YouTube videos also take longer than normal to start playing; It's not only at the start of the video either (whilst waiting for the video to fully load), It's all the time, between every pause I have to wait around 3-4 seconds before It actually start playing.

The issue is clearly something to do with videos but I find it very strange that playing a YouTube video forces my Udemy video to load.

It's been a real struggle trying to get todays course day done, since every time I pause the video I end up having to wait a while or go to YouTube and play a video to make it continue.

I've gone through all the basic troubleshooting recommended for video issues on here and other places: Turn of hardware encoding, lower security levels, enabling autoplay etc etc; absolutely no luck. I've tried disabling extensions one by one, disabling themes, running FireFox in troubleshoot mode, clearing all data/history/cookies/cache, making sure DRM-controlled content is enabled as well as trying it disabled. You name it, I feel like I've tried it at this point... Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

Another thing to add is Chrome isn't having this issue, neither is Safari.

The free virgin.net email service was shut down without notice about 2 years ago so I can no longer receive the verification code to cahnge it in my Firefox account. Is there another method to change the email address registered with Firefox?

After the most recent update I have been having issues with the Youtube video playback. Upon loading a video it works fine, however once I click on the progress bar to skip to a certain point of the video, the video pauses, the progress bar tracker gets set to 0:00, the video starts buffering and I have to click 3-4 additional times on the specific time I want to skip forward to, in order for the video to even continue playing. I have restarted my PC, cleared cache and cookies, re-installed the browser and nothing works. Mind you, when trying to watch videos on either Edge or Chrome, there is no such issue and the progress bar works fine. I really do enjoy Mozilla, but if this keeps up I will have to change browsers it is bugging the hell out of me.

My Logitech Mouse(G600) hotkeys don't work when using Firefox.

Copy never works. Paste only works when I am hovering over Text Select.

Nearly all of the hotkeys that I have set, whenever pressed (including copy and paste) goes to wheel scroll icon. So I disabled autoscrolling.

I have tried a restart to no avail.

First, I am not tech savvy. I deleted my browsing history but, I see a new list of recently searched places. It is listed as Firefox suggests: then identifies my desktop and recently searched websites that are no longer needed. I want to be able to delete these tabs, or whatever they are called.

I encountered a Problem since the last update. When watching a Video on Youtube, the Playback is flashing, especially on green and red colors. I did see some People mention a similar issue years ago, so I followed the same troubleshooting by disabling Hardware acceleration and all extension. I'm belarusian and I'm using belarusian, polish and english languages on internet, also I have somehow russian language??? I can't delete It from my language preferences, how can I delete russian language from my language settings fully?

My previous version of Firefox was on the fritz and I was afraid there was malware in it so I uninstalled it. When I reinstalled it I realized all my bookmarks were missing and I can't figure out how to restore them from my profile or a previous backup. Please help! Thank you.

In settings when I am in security I have Firefox as my default search engine. When I go into the search tab it tells me Bing is. There is a drop down box to change it but Firefox is not an option. Hello, today i had weird FF behavior, for while i was browsing i have got BSOD. When i have analyzed the minidump file it says firefox.exe is a reason.

I've been attempting to use FIDO2 w/ PIN support to log into Okta. This occurs with a pre-registered security key (Yubikey 5C NFC on most recent firmware) that has a PIN already configured. This key works on all other browsers and devices without trouble. Firefox is unresponsive to Yubikey interaction after the notice "Touch your security key to continue with <company>.okta.com" and will eventually time out if I do not cancel.

On the other hand, I can register a new security key on Okta through Firefox on this device. When I go through the registration workflow, Firefox is responsive to all interactions, allowing me to enter my PIN and complete registration.

I have been able to replicate this issue on other computers and with a different user / security key.

Hey every time i go to Facebook it keeps going super slow and continues to display the prompt bar where it says this page is slowing your browser down. to speed up your browser stop this page.... well its every single page. and this is happening to me on a couple of computers. I have cleared cache and cookies. I've turned off enhanced tracking. I've also tried opening in a private window and still the same thing.
