I want to use Firefox, not Chrome, for my information transfers to Centrelink etc. Firefox stalls - stays blank below - every time I expect to get further info when I have filled in data. This is not so on Chrome, where the next step is revealed after filling in a segment of info/data.

I recently had to have my iMac restored and lost the version of the FireFox that I was using. It opened with the BBC news filling the screen. Is it possible to do this with the latest version? I lost Bookmarks to??

I recently removed Firefox from my PC with the intention to reinstall it right away via the windows store, for the purpose of getting Firefox updates automatically.

However, I have been trying in the past few days to install the app and am running into the same error as the installation begins.

I deleted any reminiscence of Mozilla folders from my C drive and ran deep cleaning of cache files on my PC and nothing helps. Please help me resolve this issue, I would like to keep using Firefox...

Microsoft messed up the latest Firefox update. I had to re-install Firefox from the app store on Win11. I thought id would be a simple task of logging into my account. But all my setting appear to have been lost; home tabs, bookmarks, add-ons, etc. I have tried to sync from the settings menu and no different. The previous firefox install is still on the laptop but does not start.

Any ideas? I have searched everywhere I can think of and an hour later coming here. The bookmarks still appear on my phone at present.

Hello dear company, I have been having trouble downloading and opening files from the PTC WindChill console through your browser since a certain update of yours released sometime last year. I download a file that cannot be opened or is corrupted. I am sending the relevant files in the attachment. I would send you the files I downloaded, but your form doesn't allow it. I am trying to install Firefox on a new computer but I keep getting stuck on the confirmation code that is supposed to be sent to my email address. I have not received the code after several attempts. I have been waiting for about 30 minutes. I have checked my spam folder and I have added accounts@firefox.com as a safe sender. I have to get this installed soon so I need help right away. Thanks

For the past couple of weeks I've been unable to download apps or PDFs or other files from the WWW. I thought the problem may have been Firefox so I uninstalled it. Now I am unable to download & re-install it!!

I click on the DOWNLOAD button and nothing happens.

I'm using macOS MONTEREY 12.6.3
