Amazon prime videos will not play in HD and Steam videos on store pages no longer work.

Works 100% fine in both Edge and Chrome. Cmon, Mozilla. Whats with the video issues. Always something.

'Autoplay->Block Video and Audio' selected.

2 websites listed, which I did not place there, 'Allow Audio and Video' selected:

1. about:welcome 2. aboutwelcomeprivate welcome

'Removing' them causes them to be automatically 're-appear.'

Suggestion: about:config, .isolateBy.privateBrowsing,' and change 'True' to False.

Changing the 'above value' does not remove the 2 'allowed' websites nor does it stop A and V from playing automatically.

Not possible to Block all Video and Audio Automatically 'or' am I missing an 'obvious' solution?

I use Firefox desktop for buying and selling on eBay. Lately when trying to buy items on eBay I can not view pictures on some items. The other problem is the buy this item button does not work. Some times this also happens when on mobile. Firefox is up to date. I believe this is all part of pushing everyone to use chrome or edge by websites. First started using Seamonkey and now Firefox. I prefer not to use either one ) chrome, edge) browsers. Why would eBay want to limit people to buy products on eBay? Any suggestions to fix this problem?

The screenshot function seems to have a bug. The function works as far as selecting "save full page" or save visible" but the image download never happens. Version is up to date and I have restarted but the issue persists.

Immer wieder muss ich mich über den Firefox Browser ärgern, weil Seiten nicht genutzt werden können, die ohne Probleme auf anderen Browsern wie Google Chrome genutzt werden können. Bei https://zeitung.faz.net/ dreht sich immer nur ein Kreis und die Seite wird nicht geladen. In Google Chrome funktioniert dies ohne Probleme. https://web.magentatv.de/ gibt nur Fehlermeldungen wieder. Wenn ich auf Google Chrome die Seite aufrufe besteht kein Problem. Ich nutze Firefox seit vielen Jahren, aber seit einiger Zeit mehren sich die Fehler in einer Art und Weise, dass ich mir ernsthaft überlegen muss, den Browser zu wechseln. Dazu kommt, dass es offensichtlich keine deutsche Hilfe gibt.

I'm bi-and a half-lingual with ADD. For me the intrusive automatic translation popup is a nightmare.

I don't want to tell Firefox on a per language basis that I know that language, or on a per website basis that I don't want to translate that website. Please just make it stop! If I want a translation, then let me press a button to get a translation. Don't push it into my face!

This is an accessibility issue. I rely on adblocker to remove similar intrusive content from web sites so I can use the web, but now it's built into the browser itself. This causes unnecessary stress and makes the web less accessible.

Please add and easy to find option in the popup to stop it from ever appearing again, for ant language, on any website.

Fire Fox (Mozella) browser appears to be censuring content? In Fire Fox, when I read Fox Digital, I cannot see the comments any more when I’m signed in nor, signed in or not, the display boxes containing X posts and links. In the Federalist articles I can get the comments when I’m signed in, but the X content in them are not displayed. Comments in Yahoo are missing too. I tried changing Browser Privacy settings in Fire Fox, turning off my VPM, ad blockers, and tracker blockers but it does not correct the problem. All this content is available in Duck Duck Go and Edge browsers. Perhaps I have something I’m not aware of turned on but… Here’s two links to check out in Fire Fox then another browser.

Starting from Firefox 132, HTTP sites cannot be loaded at all.

This is tested on a brand new installation of Firefox 132 without any profiles on Windows 11.

I have a Mac that was running Sequoia 10.14.7 I think. Firefox hasn't been giving search results since yesterday so I updated Firefox and restarted it. Still got blank pages after updating. Firefox suggested re-installing so I did. I got no warning DURING installation that the newest version would not work with Sequoia. There was a light gray circle slash through the icon when I installed it, but have never see that when installing apps before. I was given an option to replace the original Firefox or install a second version, so I chose "replace," thinking I was keeping it simple. I updated Mac OS to Catalina 10.15.7--an action I've been avoiding due to all of my most important documents being on an older version of Word for Mac 2011, and TBH I resent having to pay for a subscription to access my Word & Excel documents for revision or printing, and don't like keeping my documents on the cloud...as required by newer versions of MS Office. Now I have Catalina & the newest version of Firefox and can't do the two most important things I need to do on my computer: Work with my Word docs and Firefox STILL PRODUCES BLANK SEARCH RESULTS PAGES. I've now essentially lost access to all my Office docs due to chain reaction fuster cluck resulting from a blank Firefox search page 2 hours ago. PLEASE ADVISE.

Upper-right My Account drop-down menu. Click, and it simply disappears.

In Chrome and Safari it pops up a Login form.

I've turned off popup blocking in Firefox, no change.

I'm guessing there's a simple fix, suggestions welcome.

I use Firefox 128.3.1esr in my Debian 12.7 Is there anyway to close last tab without exiting the browser? I mean after closing all tabs, I want Firefox jumps to homepage. Thanks for your help.

With reference to my question just posted, also now when I click on my Firefox browser, the Yahoo search engine seems to take over and it won't let me come out of it. Mark

How do I keep the Menu bar on Firefox from disappearing? When I used Firefox the menu bar showing my tabs, website url, etc was always visible in full screen. Now it disappears when I scroll down and I have to bring it back with my mouse to keep it visible. Is there a way to feel it visible full time? I can't find it in the settings menu and I have never had this problem before.

The screenshot shows the error message shown when trying to upload a file to a release on GitHub. File size and file format are supported, because I can do it with no issue on Chrome.

And I can't upload image files to attach to the comments, the comment box will show Uploading real quick then disappears like nothing ever happened.

Hi, I've started my laptop after 3 days, opened Firefox web browser and all my tabs are closed / lost. If I try History -> "Recently closed tabs or windows" is greyed out. How can I recover all my tabs from this computer?
