Hello. I used to have a Firefox account a few years ago using the email ... @globo.com and a secondary email ... @gmail.com. Now I excluded my globo.com email account and I can't use or create an account with the gmail one. I made a new account using my live email account as primary but still can't use the gmail one as secondary because it says it already activated in another account. Would be possible to delete the globo.com account then I'll be able to add my gmail account as secondary then turn it primary?

I am unable to add a 2nd email address and/or change my primary email address as my email provider host disabled all old accounts in November and created new address details for all users.

As a result, I am unable to access the verification code that is required.

My old email address was: ... @asme.org

My new email address is: ... @asme-member.org

When wanting to add an system to sync my settings, the send verification code received is delayed in transit and expired before i get it. That is due to greylisting on the emailserver.

Trying to add an 2nd email (corporate) email address to circumvent this problem... I have to use enter another verification code that expires in 5 minutes. and you guessed it, that is send to the first emailaddress.

My ISP deleted the email address that was used as the primary email on my Firefox account. This happened unexpectedly and I was unable to get it reactivated. As such, I cannot make any changes to my Firefox account, because everything requires an email code. I read on other forums that changing the primary email is impossible without access to the current email. So I tried to delete my account altogether and create a new one. But I can't do that either. It's unacceptable to have my account just floating in limbo. It needs to be updated with correct information, or it needs to be deleted. How can I correct this problem?

Hi, I have a problem retrieving my Firefox account I entered my Gmail and password > But Mozilla gives the message Incorrect password, I repeated this several times but did not log in to my account . The password is correct and I log in to Gmail but it does not log in to my Mozilla Firefox account

Hi, Happy New Year!

Finally I took a deep breath and hoping for no major surprises and bugs, I finally updated Firefox to the latest version.

I have a few questions:

1. As advised, every month I backed up info in the profile, following https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles Is there an up-to-date version of these instructions as the prior ones no longer work (menus were changed, Troubleshooting works differently, etc.).

2. Does the "Allow for session" option for cookies work and if so, what does it do?

3. Is there a way to change the way the TABs look now (washed out, white, very hard to see and differentiate, hard to see which one is the one I am looking at). I am wondering what is the perceived benefit of this change. In the old version I had, the tabs very clearly delineated and easy to see.

4. Where can I find a listing of the enhancements and major changes of the versions released since mid year 2021, from an end user perspective?

Hi, I'm the owner of account a.westcott@cineca.it that I've created using the mail address of my organization. Now I have resigned and changed organization so I no longer have access to the emails linked to the address a.westcott@cineca.it. I try to change the mail address but the process sent me an email confirmation that I can't conferm because I've no more access to that mail account. What I can do ? thanks bye

However, when I enter a secondary email, (AlexR@currently.com) a red popup message says: account already exists.

How can I eliminate msrigg@pacbell.net? How can I replace it with AlexR@currently.com?

I have made Firefox my default browser on my laptop. When reviewing my account I noticed that the original username (e-mail address) I created the account with no longer exists. Is it possible to replace my new e-mail address for the old one, and use it as the new User Name?

Dear Sir,

I have my firefox username and password. However, whenever I try to sign in nowadays, I am asked to enter a verification code that is sent to my email address within five minutes. The email does arrive, but never withing 5 minutes. I have tried it many times on different devices. It may be my email issue. However, I cannot change the email account unless I cannot log it. Since I cannot receive the verification code within 5 minutes, I am unable to change any of my personal details.

Please advise.

I have stored some password with my account. Recently from past couple of days all passwords got cleared and not no passwords are shown. Could you please let me know what needs to be done.

How can I change my primary email address? I'm not computer smart to find your secret language to do that. Please change my primary email address to: [email edited from public] @gmail.com Cable one has pulled the plug and disconnected my previous [email edited from public] @cableone.net address. No one can send any emails to that address anymore as nothing is there.
