I've been using Firefox for many years. Somehow my e-mail address at Mozilla has become corrupted with an extra character. I cannot sync a new installation of Firefox since it sends a verification to my name at "outlookit.com" which obviously doesn't exist. Hopefully there is a way to fix this.

I submitted this as a bug report but I will also submit this here to see if anyone has any information or a solution.

After resetting my password, none of my sync data from before the install is there. Only the sync data from my laptop, but even on my laptop it no longer lists my old computer, it is as if my PC from before the new OS has simply been deleted from the sync logs. In fact, my sync logs only go back to the moment I changed my password. I am not sure how to proceed as it appears that there aren't even any traces of my sync from before this point.

It would be nice if I could get the old tabs I had open on my desktop before I changed my OS, but it's not exactly a "world ending" situation.

I just wanted to let CollieSmile that I really like their themes shown on Firefox. I am not sure how to reach her/him, so I thought I would start here. Nothing to complain about, just like the themes. How can one reach the creators here? Thanks

I keep getting pop ups from you, 3 at a time, over and over and over, for about 2 weeks, every day, all day....displaying various warnings about viruses and critical errors and compromised system, etc. and to click to fix. I have scanned daily for a week now for any kind of issue with my computer and the scans come back clean, my security updates are current...please tell me what is going on and how to stop this.

I JUST signed into my Mozilla account to send this message and noticed another email in the sign-in box and the option to "sign in with another account" showed. I have attached a photo of this email along with photos of some of the pop ups. Has my account been hacked? What's going on?!!!

Getting the following message when I try to open Firefox

What should I do to fix this?
