I read the article about having 50 GB of free VPN use after I updated Firefox today to version 149.0; however, I don't see anywhere where I can enable the VPN. I've checked in the "Customize Toolbar" section, and I still couldn't find anything. I don't understand, the article made it sound like I should have access, but I've also read that it's not out for everyone yet?

I do NOT want to use ANY VPN services. Since you introduced this, or rather, forced it on me, my browsing experience has been terrible. How do I turn off VPN? There is no VPN icon on my topolbar despite what your instructions say.

I saw the update that you added vpn to firefox, but I can't use it. It doesn't show up in the toolbar anywhere and there are no vpn options anywhere in settings. When I try and create a second profile THEN I get the vpn option but when I click on it it says that I can only use it with the original profile.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. Could you please clarify if this feature has been geo-restricted or temporarily disabled for certain regions, or if there is another hidden preference I need to modify to restore it? I am currently testing the new VPN feature in Firefox. I Is noticed that Firefox always starts with this integrated VPN being off. I searched but I didn't find any way to have it always on when launching VPN. Is that possible?

Using the Firefox browser, I tried to copy an image and wasn't able to do so. Then I copied an image using another browser and wasn't able to paste it into a Facebook post on Firefox. Please tell me how to fix this. I can't copy/paste text either. Could the problem be my Mozilla VPN?

I'm stuck signing into VPN. My email address is shown when I click on VPN in the menu bar but there's no on/off toggle. I click Get Started, it says "Signed in Successfully! Next: Turn on VPN" — but there's no place to do this. It says "Go to the open panel" – what is an open panel? There's an x in a dark circle next to the VPN in the menu bar. It feels like a continuous loop and I'm getting nowhere – that I can tell.

I want to Cancel my VPN subscription Invoice number 6D299239-0005 dated May 31,2026. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. I was not even on the computer until just now.

(Just to confirm: Yes, I'm talking about Firefox VPN, not Mozilla VPN)

Sometimes, I need to let my computer run for a while without using it. This often means that I'll have Firefox open for hours at a time without anything happening.

I've noticed that almost every time after I come back to my computer after hours of inactivity with Firefox VPN turned on, I get the "Secure connection failed" error on EVERY website I try to access, including sites where I specifically disabled VPN for them.

If I try to turn off and turn on Firefox VPN, it fails to turn itself back on after five minutes of waiting. So when I restart Firefox, it's turned off, which is inconvenient since I have pinned tabs which I want the VPN turned on for.

And if I restart Firefox (with or without restarting the computer itself) without doing anything to Firefox VPN, which means the Firefox VPN is still ostensibly turned on when Firefox is shut down, then when Firefox opens again, Firefox VPN is... turned off. This is not the expected behavior, because if I restart Firefox with the VPN turned on without having had any site loading issues, then the VPN is still on when Firefox opens again.

Since Firefox VPN otherwise works fine for me, I'm just restarting Firefox more often now. But I feel like this isn't supposed to happen.

When using the built-in VPN, even if you turn off the "use VPN for this site" toggle, the site does not open until you turn off the VPN completely. I have a local company website that doesn't work when VPN is enabled, and I want to use the new built-in VPN with an exception for this website. But after I turn off the "Use VPN for this website" toggle, the website still won't open. The only solution is to completely disable the VPN for the browser.

I am trying to turn on the Firefox built-in VPN. Instructions say click on the VPN icon in the toolbar. I have no such icon in my toolbar and I when go to Customize Toolbar, there is no VPN icon for the Firefox built-in VPN.

How do I get this icon to appear?
