Updates have triggered on-boarding loops, Firefox has opened w/o it's title bar, menu bar only appeared intermittently, tabs and address bar were hidden, manual profile relaunches were required more than once, required customization panel to restore tittle bar, my data was almost lost. After much help from AI in fixing some of these problems, new updates caused them to reoccur again and again. I'm refusing updates at the moment. In over a decade of Firefox use I'd never experienced such grief. I know you are better than this, but I'm having to use Edge in the meantime. I was unfamiliar with this website before because I never had problems. You may have solved some of these problems, but I still have some recurring with each update. Thank you for your consideration.

When I use ChatGPT in the Firefox sidebar, I can open a conversation normally. However, when I hide the sidebar and then show it again, ChatGPT leaves the conversation I had open and returns to the main page.

The conversation is not deleted from my history, but I have to find and reopen it every time I hide the sidebar.

Is there a setting that allows the sidebar to keep the same ChatGPT conversation open after hiding and reopening it? Is this normal behavior, or could it be a Firefox bug?

I am using the latest version of Firefox on Windows 11.

I have reviewed support pages for setting help on setting HomePage. My issue is that when I open FireFox it defaults to a private page versus the HomePage showing suggested web pages etc. My settings are set to Firefox Default Home page.

A "Cloud' swept over my computer and erased all of my data and fire-fox operating system and and operating system. I think all of data is still in my computer but, I can not retrieve it. My banking information was left intacked but all of the accounts were erased.

Hi, I'm pretty sure the email I am signed in with now is what was tied to all of my bookmarks in Firefox but I had to do an account recovery and I did not have my key. When I was able to sign back in and hit the sync button nothing updated.

I am really, really hoping I did not lose everything here... is there anyway I can recover my bookmarks/passwords?

Not sure if this is a settings question. After my computer had to be cleaned from a virus, the Firefox reload came without the little house home icon. When I'm done doing somethi g and want to go back to the main page, clicking the back arrow closes firefox.

This keeps popping up on my website when I'm trying to watch movies or TV: Server Not Found. Firefox can’t connect to the server it's happening when I press any movie sites or TV shows, I've even gone to the settings and done no proxy and it's still not working, can you tell me how watch movies and TV's because this gets popping up Server Not Found. Firefox can’t connect to the server I am not a tech person says simple jargon will be, appreciated thank you.

I made a change somewhere that caused a total loss of history/open tabs even in my tab manager extension. I can't remember exactly what it was I changed but nothing I have searched here has been helpful in recovering from this. I did not want to bring my profile from home as I am using Firefox here in a work environment. Can someone point me to or explain a step by step method to be able to do this? Nothing I found in searching here has been positive.

I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

I use Firefox for most of my research and frequently save articles, documentation, and webpages for work. Is there a simple way to turn this content into presentation slides without copying everything manually? I recently came across MagicSlides AI PPT Maker, which seems to generate presentations from existing content, and I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it or knows similar tools that work well with Firefox.

For some reason I can not understand the search bar in my toolbar has become so small that it is borderline unusable. No amount of removing and replacing it, fiddling with empty spaces, etc. has any effect on it. Furthermore it appears completely normal sized when I'm editing the toolbar. Does anyone have any clue what causes this?
