Since the last Firefox update to 108.01, or that is when I first noticed this problem. When I have many tabs open right to the end of the tab bar the new tab + disappears off the screen. The more tabs I open it does correctly automatically reduce the width of the tabs but pushes the + tab off to the right, this never use to happen before it always kept the new tab + in view.

i click on the download folder in firebox and doesn't open as its used to.

i already did the "refresh" and didnt word

if someone has a idea how to fix this, thanks

Firefox wasn't working well on a seldom-used laptop, and the update to 100.0.1 didn't go quite right, so I deleted the old version and (using the odious Edge) tried downloading a fresh copy of the software.

But then I get a message from "7-ZIP" that reads "Can not create temp folder archive"

I'm stuck. Advice?

I've just opened Firefox to discover it has updated whilst I was out, and now all my saved logins are missing.

It's not a disaster, just really annoying as it means having to re-enter a lot of information, and remembering it!

Is there any way of recovering that information or is it a lost cause?

In settings, Start-up, I have the box checked for: "open previous windows and tabs" but it doesn't work. In order to do my work I need the 23 tabs I currently have open to show up again after a reboot of the browser or computer. What gives? How long will it take to get this corrected? I've tried everything and read all the instructions but none work.

My work consists mainly of capturing accounting data online. It is important that the browser warns me if I try to close or navigate away from a page if the data entered has not been saved or updated, but I no longer get these warnings.

Whenever I open a lesson on duolingo, rectangles start to appear, flickering on the screen. It's completely fine on troubleshoot mode, but when i disable all my extentions on normal mode (i still had account containers on), it still happens.

i've been a loyal fan for over 20 years but i just can't comprehend why would ignoring dns settings be a good idea .. i can't even imagine a hypothetical situation when this makes sense.

and now i have to either tolerate edge, chrome or just forget internet which is really hard to do when you work in IT ...

Firefox starts but when I type into the search box nothing happens. My RoboForm link does not work and neither do the bookmarks. I have had to resort to using Edge to get onto the internet. Jim Klein

I was trying to move it and I accidentally deleted it. I would like to reinstall it. I cannot seem to find the right phrase to find it on your sight and do a reinstall. If you would be so kind to point me in the right direction,I would be most grateful. Little updates like this is why I have remained a loyal fan since the Netscape Navigator days.

All my menu texts are so TINY now, that I can't read them, but the browser page is SO WIDE that I can't ever see a whole page and I have to scroll from side to side to read things, which is a ROYAL PAIN as I miss seeing a lot of things. No one can seem to help. I tried the limited percentage things, 67% used to work but now that is too big and when I go smaller I can't read ANY of the text, it is TOO TINY! I can't do my work! The screen shot won't paste on here.

I don't mean "saving" login information for later use, that I do not want to do. What I mean by the login not being retained is that when I log-in to a website like say Amazon, while I'm browsing, I end up having to re-enter my login information pretty much every other time that I switch between pages. I've never had an issue like that with any other browser. Is there some setting I need to adjust to stop that from happening? As I said, I'm not looking to save my passwords and usernames within the browser, I just want to effectively browse a website after logging into it without needing to login every time I move between pages. In the bookmark-bar in my Firefox-installation contains the soft-button for the function "Import bookmarks". I do not need this function always showed in the bookmark-bar. How can i remove it ?

Using Ancestry.com for genealogical research. The option exists to view other trees with comparable information. Works in Chrome, Vivaldi and Opera. Works in Firefox Developer. Will not work in FF 100.0.2. I've tried the usual troubleshooting - safe mode, enabling/disabling DNSPrefetch. Example URL http://trees.ancestry.com/pt/PersonMatch.aspx?tid=44861136&pid=162378642007&src=m which should display snapshots of other trees containing the same people. Only on Firefox, I am redirected to my homepage on the website. I have read of others having the same problem. Any fix suggestions? Thanks.

My ISP is BT (UK) and I have 5 BT Mail email addresses. On the mail log-in page there is a sign-in box where I can choose which email address I wish to open. Unfortunately there are several instances of my main email address. Some with old passwords some from I know not where. I need to delete all those except the current one. I have tried clearing the cache and data but to no effect. The duplicates do not appear if I use a different browser, so it would seem to be a Firefox issue.
