Hi everyone,

My computer crashed while updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had someone look at it and he formatted my hard drive and only did a partial backup of files. I thought my Mozilla Firefox account was syncing, but it seems like it did not happen in a while. Does anyone know if there's any hope in recovering the lost tabs and bookmarks? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

After updating to Windows 11, all my Firefox webpages backgrounds are colored black even after choosing a light theme which only changes bookmarks and toolbar to white. I want white background like my old Firefox ?

I accidentally closed both of my Firefox windows with an "x" and the rebooted my computer. After the reboot there is nothing under "History"->"Recently closed windows" and "Recently closed tabs". Is there any way to get my windows back?

I'd like to turn off the recommended articles that I see when opening new tabs. I find them to be quite bothersome, and the link pocket provides to learn more about this features a nonexistent article on how to disable these recommendations. Could you help me disable these?

I am using Firefox 119.0.1 under Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 OS build 19045.3693

I had the page open in Firefox before the owner corrected the typo.

Immediately after the correction was online, all other browsers displayed the corrected version. But even now, hours later, after many resets by "Reload Tab", the Firefox tab still displays the typo-version.

I consider this to be a malfunction. "Reload tab" should bypass all caches, and reload the whole page directly from its server. - Is this a known bug? - If "Reload Tab" does not go to the source bypassing all caches, what doe it do? - Is there a workaround?

I am hopeful you will be able to help me. All open tabs NOW disappear after power failure or Comcast temporarily loses service or I restart my computer. This never happened to me before ~ if my computer was affected by outage or I manually restarted it a message came up to click on asking if I wanted my tabs restored. 1 click and they were restored ~ that option is not available to me now. It's frustrating and time consuming for me to "look" for, and "try" to find those tabs I had open. If someone does respond to my question I won't know its been done unless I receive an email because I'm not certain I can find my way back to this support page, primarily because I cannot remember HOW I even found this page in the first place! Hello there. I need some help in getting rid of that smaller google search tab in my upper left hand corner. I have google search as my search engine in Firefox. That works just fine. It comes up in middle of my page like it should. When i go to open up Firefox on my desktop it opens up just fine but on upper left hand corner of google search page there is another google search tab which is much smaller. I don't want that at all. How do i get rid of it and just have the bigger google search in middle of page. Thank You. [removed email from public]

I have just started using Firefox and ticked that every internet tab is Firefox but every time I click new tab, it states "search with google or enter address" I cannot get into about:config to then get to browser.newtabpage.pinned How do I get rid of this Google message?

On twitter, if i middle mouse click on a tweet, it open in a new tab and switch immediately to it, even if the setting is disabled

Middle Mouse clicking on links anywhere else works as it should, it only do it on twitter for some reasons. Shift middle mouse doesn't work either

But clicking on an IMAGE on twitter does work normally.

I have a spreadsheet with links. I need to open multiple links in the order they are in the spreadsheet.

When I select multiple links and click "option+return", the links open in the opposite order.

I would expect the first link to the on the left and the second link to be on the right.

Is there anything I can do to make this happen?

I'm not sure that I can get any help with my problem but I need to try. Always after a format of my PC when I reinstall new windows and log in to my Mozilla account my saved tabs come back with my account. This time it didn't happen. Can I get any data restoration or something like that? I formatted my PC on November 21. Can I somehow get them back from one day before?

Everytime I have to close my pc with updates or if I just close/ restart it or if it crashed and I have to restart everything, all my most recent tabs (when I do restore last session) are gone but I get all the tabs back from weeks or even months ago. It's very annoying especially I do research and study. I really don't understand. It's like going back in time every time it starts again  :( What is happening ?
