My iCloud calendar using Librewolf browser is off by 5 hours from EST [i.e., 8am shows up on Apple iCloud calendar as 1pm], so I assume GMT. My system clock, etc. etc. are all correct. When I change from LibreWolf to Firefox or Brave it goes back to EST. As far as I can tell, my Librewolf settings are correct.

I haven't been able to do my online banking for about 9 months. I have to delete their cookies first. After that I can log on where I get a PIN. I enter the PIN and it will never work the first time. After the second PIN it asks if I want to save this device. After choosing that, logging off and immediately trying to log on again I have to go though all of those same steps.

The tech dept at my bank claims it's only Firefox and that it can't read their (your) encryption. I agreed with them that makes zero sense because I can always log on after jumping through enough hoops.

Is this something on your end or end my settings?

Trying to sign in to my bank account (Citizens Bank). Enter known good userid & password, receive message that i am successfully logged OFF. Get hung in logon loop. Have changed site password thru 2-way authentication, password accepted, logon retried, same result. Called in tech support, they could find no problem, advised using different browser. Tried Edge, logged in no problem. Been using FF for years, first real problem. Help??

Since last month, I'm periodically experiencing problems with AOL's homepage (with its scrolling news articles) not loading properly on my screen, with all links - including the email link - scrunched over to the left hand side of the page and no images appearing at all. I do seem to be able to see all information properly if I switch to MICROSOFT EDGE as the browser, but FIREFOX is - and always has been - my default browser and never had this problem until recently.

1) Does Mozilla Firefox for Mac offer email technical support?

2) After a recent Firefox for Mac update (36.0.1 (aarch64)) the ability to drag and drop files from Finder to the open Gmail (email) window on the browser (not in the Gmail app), does not function -- in fact, is hangs with the circle of death, then have to close the window tab, and reopen. In worst case, have to force quit Firefox browser.

I also have Grammerly installed for the Gmail / email function - I will disable it to see if that's the culprit.

Lastly, very difficult to find product problems and reported issues - and difficult to know "what topic best describes my PROBLEM - not question."

why does firefox perform badly with paramount streaming? it doesn't happen netflix or amazon or apple etc This does not happen with other browsers such as chrome

Firefox needs to be restarted each day, and still has stalling, repeating and stopping during any paramount stream

Will this ever be fixed?

Seriously considering abandoning firefox after so many years

Dear Ms, dear Mr, I experience the following problem with the user interface of my bank’s website when I consult it using my new MacBook Air laptop computer. The image displayed on the computer screen is apparently designed for a smartphone, not for a computer screen. This anomaly never occurred with my previous computer. And it does not occur at present when I work using Safari. So, I assume that it is linked to the navigator’s (i.e. !Firefox) configuration. This is the reason why I am contacting you. Please find below the characteristics of the new and old configuration. - New configuration, the one with which I have the problem: Model : MacBook Air 15“ M3 2024 Processor: Apple silicon M3 Operating system : Mac OS Sonoma 14.7.2 Navigator : Firefox 128.6.0esr (16bit) since 7 january 2025 - Old configuration : Model : MacBook Pro (13“, Mid 2012) Processor: 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5 Operating system : MacOS Mojave 10.4.6 Navigator : Firefox 115.18.0esr (16 bit) I would be happy if this frustrating though minor problem could be solved.
