Some things are not working on some websites lately and I have to go to Internet Explorer or Edge to be able to do what I cant on Firefox.

This website is a good example https://www.colorit.com/blogs/news/may-2018-giveaway (Firefox website) there is a contest going on and I should be able to do each item on the checklist to get points but it doesnt have the items available to click on or show the points. I had to go to Internet Explorer to do them.

I love using Firefox. That said, I'm very concerned about security. Since Firefox is a collaborative effort from many people, how do I know that the code (and it's potential weaknesses) are not available to those with bad motives?

Should my system MS win 7 computer be running MS Exployer as well. Wondering if this slows my computer. My Bitdefender is always deleting Privacy issues created by Explorer?

Again,I loose the cached data for websites to recognize (cookies or otherwise), and beleive that I have all of the security settings very liberal. EX: - Logging back into a bank, I have to get a text or e-mail code - Logging into Amazon 2 accounts are missing; so I do not get the page where I chose an account -Logging into Google, all 3 accounts are missing; so I do not get the page where I chose an account

Recently, I resolved a "mouse not responsive to drop menus" problem with a reset, and I do not want to go through that again.

Any ideas?

I had Chrome but want Firefox as browser. I followed all the loops and got to the change. Close "settings" Where is "settings????

Also I want the original background color, I lost it by mistake, and can't get it back. Why is everything so hard?

Since the update Top Sites has not been showing up when I open a new tab. I did what other users have done (Uninstalling and installing Firefox) but that doesn't work. How do I fix this? All settings are accurate, there is nowhere in the settings to choose what shows up in a new tab.

For example - I might start with 'eba' and the choices are Google search for ebay; aol search, etc. I have turned off all ot the search engines in Tools / Options / Search. This used to work - something has changed.

Hello! I am truing to add Paypal as a payment method on Facebook, it starts well, redirecting on paypal/checkout.. but then opens main page of my profile on paypal and thats all... no chekout, nothing happens... I already spent 3 days trying to add paypal) I can add screenshots (and I can also send a video, Just say how)

My bookmarks were not imported.

I refreshed FF today and the above unwanted behavior happens.

Each time I click home (FF immediately goes there) yet another blank tab opens with it. Compared the settings with my lap top set up the same way. There, no extra tabs open. How do I turn off getting new blank tabs. Thank you!

Now it just gives me the web pages associated with the page that was used to open the tab. How can I get back the handy short general history? It saves me time compared to clicking on History and then finding the page I'm looking for.
