I've used Firefox for 10-15 years but recently it started not opening some web pages on corporate websites, which I assumed was a problem with the site. When I told my techs, they tried the sites from other browsers they use and it was working fine. So I tried from my laptop (it's 4 months old, Windows 11) using MS Edge and no problem, previously blocked sites now working. I've scanned Firefox settings but can't resolve. Any suggestions?

I am on arch linux, Wayland KDE Plasma. KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.24.0 Qt Version: 6.10.2 Kernel Version: 6.19.9-arch1-1 (64-bit) I then ran firefox (Both Flatpak and Pacman fail ), and no matter what (MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND on or off) when in pointer lock, the high polling rate mouse was significantly slower than the lower polling rate touchpad. Takes up to 30 minutes to sign in to my online banking account. Sign in with user id and password, get a "swirlly" for a long time, little messages at the left bottom of screen, when the screen finally appears, the graphics display as place hold words which make no sense. Contacted AllegacyFCU and they say it's on your side . . . recommend Chrome? I'm running Win 11Pro. Edge goes right in.

After an update minutes ago, Firefox immediately crashes on startup and crash reporter launches Rebooted computer. Launched firefox from command line with -safe-mode and -purgecaches

This is when the online help says to submit a report with the most recent bp-numbers. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I thought that firefox would be more reliable than google chrome. For some reason, I am having now problems like accessing my youtube account and other things that worked fine before. There are other sites I can no longer access and I am wondering whether that has something to do with your service.

Windows10 simply multiplies the numbers of active Mozilla Firefox Apps which are open. Every day for about two weeks I've been having to delete hundreds of Firefox Apps open in the Task Manager. So many open in a very short time it locks up the Win10 system. I've attached a pic

Hi, I notice today that Firefox takes a really long time (~30s) to start. The main Firefox frame opens, totally empty, no tabs, nothing... and ~30s after, it starts.

I also notice that it is linked whith the VPN. When the VPN is active : long time, when the VPN is paused, normal start.

I have two computers, same reaction ! The first computer is used every day, so I have the problem on this one since the last update (I suppose).

The second computer has not been used for a week. I started the second computer today , I checked the VPN is active, I notice the first use of Firefox (which was still v148...) was as fast as usual, then Firefox automatically updets to 149.. and restart, and then, same behavior : long time as start.

I tried to go back to version 148, without any better results.

Can you help me please?

Two computer are in W11 up to date, and the VPN is NorthVPN up to date

Lately I can not click all of my browser tabs, only some of them unless I do not have the browser maximized on the screen. If I make is smaller then I can click all of the tabs. Since the recent Firefox update I can't find a hardware acceleration setting to toggle off to see if it helps.

Dear Mozilla,

I use Firefox as my primary web browser.

I am constantly having to Force Quit Firefox in order to free up storage.

Please work on making Firefox handle storage better.

I hard shut down my laptop and when I re-opened it, Firefox seemed to have reset itself completely. My profiles were gone, my bookmarks are still present but their icons are missing, my background is missing, my extensions un-pinned, and -- naturally -- all of my tabs were closed. My original profile is completely gone, which kind of sucks, because it was pretty personalized. I think even my preference settings reversed themselves, because it tried to show me the AI chatbot on the sidebar, which I had turned off. I figured at first that it was a matter of spotty connection, because I was using my phone's hotspot at the time, but I'm now back with a solid wi-fi connection, and everything is still acting strangely. Help? How do I get my original profile back in its proper form, if possible? Or, at least, the icons to show back up on my bookmarks? I have turned everything off and back on again, as it were.

I work out of LinkedIn. Just recently, I have trouble opening About sections on LinkedIn. I have both firefox and safari on my macbook pro laptop. I can have both applications open on my computer in different windows and use this constantly when working. I mainly use firefox if I only use one of the applications. Not being able to access these same sections is making it difficult. LinkedIn says I need to clear out my cache and whatever. I am not sure how to do this and there may be other things that need to be done. Can you help?

When I play a video in fullscreen and type something, when I typed something in the IME and will press Esc to quit the IME, the whole fullscreen will be quitted. The expected behavior is to quit the IME only, and the fullscreen should be quitted only when there is no IMEs.

The issue has been existing for years.
