i get a reply from DENYS to my reported problem,,,and after using EMAIL & WINDOWS for 20 YEARs - i fail 3X to reply to his response - WHAT a SAD CONVOLUTED MESS!!

Starting the month of February 2026, I cannot get into the following websites anymore to do my on-line shopping. Walmart.com and King Sooper grocery store (Kroeger). I get messages to try again later all the time. If I use another browser such as Edge or Chrome, I can get in no problem. Not sure what is going on??? I chatted with Customer Service Reps at both sites, they don't know why I cannot get in with Firefox, unless some of your security certificates have expired. Help!! - Stan

i miss spelled my email and after i did it wouldnt let me go back and change it even though i didnt even enter the password. now when i try to change it, it trys to make me make a new profile please help.

Aloha — An update to Firefox must have occurred, and I am unable to access my open tabs and bookmarks. I have had a Firefox account for 15 years at least and a lot of information was in my folders and bookmarks. Please let me know how the information can be recovered. I tried to follow several of the instructions provided and was not able to fix the issue. I have a recovery code/Mozilla key, but I am not sure where or how to use it.

I do all my work and personal stuff on Firefox so I need timely assistance to fix the problem.

Lately, I have been noticing that new Firefox browser windows (not a new tab, a new window) have been opening seemingly randomly on me. The sites in these new browser windows are always commercial in nature and seemingly random in subject matter. I am not aware of having clicked on anything that would cause the new browser windows to open. I need to know how to block this from happening; I am unable to figure it out in the various Firefox Settings.

I have vertical tabs turned on. Say i want to watch a movie, i press F11 or fullscreen to open it fullscreen. It makes the whole page fullscreen, but the vertical tabs remain still on the left. I want that fixed so that vertical tabs are hidden when its fullscreen.

The connection is that i clicked on what i would call an investment solicitation from an Outlook email i received from Eunice.io

There are a few clickable hot-links in my email that return same error code. They might be gathering a lot of digital data about me but otherwise i believe not 100% but 99% theyre safe THX,,, my email : [email removed]@LiVE.COM P.S. - if i input more than 255 characters in the "Please summarize your question in one sentence box : Please summarize your question in one sentence:" ,,, multiple attempts to correct that wont clear the error msg!!!,,, pass it on : )

I need my gmail account but I cannot sign into it, it wants me to start a new one, but that will not do at all. I will wait for a week to see if you can rectify this problem.
