Hi, my location is Venezuela, and seems that I'm being blocked somewhere... I just want to confirm whether this is something on Mozilla's end (considering that their headquarters are in the US), or something on my government's end (since the ISP often blocks websites on orders from the state).

I can't sync my account or log in because of this, and generally, wherever the block comes from, they rarely give any warning. The main page loads normally; it's only the subdomains that are blocked, as far as I can see. For the record, this happens in Firefox for Desktop, and for Android too, wherever I'm on my home, using mobile data or using my office WiFi. This is not a browser error, in the capture u can see that the domains are solved correctly (even using the ISP's DNS), but u can't ping on the IP unless u turn on the VPN.

All Google services work fine for me, and I can't use a VPN all the time, so I'll have to switch to some chromium browser if this goes on too long (even if I don't want to).

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 and installed Firefox onto drive C: of the 1 TB SSD. I then decided to partition the SSD into three drives and put Firefox on the E: drive. After I partitioned the SSD and uninstalled Firefox, I downloaded the Firefox installer from Mozilla, and ran it, but it somehow perceives that I had had Firefox previously installed and only gives me the option of re-installing Firefox at the original (C:) drive location. There is no longer an option in the installer to change the installation location. How can I get around this and re-install Firefox on my E: drive instead of my C: drive?

I want to change my keyboard shortcuts for download page.Before an update my download page shortcut was ctrl+j. But after that update my keyboard shortcut changed ,now it is ctrl+shift+u. How do I fix this

georgiasown.org does not fully function in firefox browser. The website opens but some of the graphics are missing and when I click on Log In nothing happens. This started about two weeks ago. Have been daily going to this website for over 10 years in the Firefox browser. I do not have this issue when using Microsoft Edge browser.

I have used the OneTab browser extension for years. Mac computer ran out of space but was completely backed up. Got new computer. copied Firefox profile from the and updated the profiles.ini to use the backup data.

I used a backup dated 12 Feb 2026.

I was able to restore my bookmarks and passwords from this profile, but they seem to be from many years ago. I was not syncing to my Firefox account and saving the passwords to my computer. i assumed they would be in a bakup. None of my OneTab items were restored.

I wonder if part of the problem is that Firefox wants to ( and did) update my new computer to Firefox 145 or 147. I don't know which Firefox was running when I had the issue but I suspect it was older.

All of the storage/moz-extension files are there and firefox is using the correct profile data. Is there any way to find/read/extract the OneTab history? Where should I look? I contacted OneTab and all they could tell me was to look in storage/default/moz-extension.. ( nothing readable there) Thanks

I haven't been able to find a keyboard shortcut for switching between FF windows. I'm using MacOS Tahoe. Is this in development, or is it there and I just haven't been able to find it.

Firefox updated and all bookmarks and history has disappeared. Is there a way to get them back?

I love Firefox and it is my preferred browser. That said, I find I have to switch to Chrome or Safari on my Mac Desktop because some web pages do not display text. Doesn't happen a lot, but when it does, it renders the website unusable.

I have been to the Language and Appearance settings page, and even clicked on the Advanced tab. I have attached screenshots of my settings. What am I doing wrong? Why won't these pages display properly?

Each time I open the Firefox Icon on my desktop in AVD, it opens an older version and it prompts me to recreate a profile. I updated Firefox yesterday and brought over my passwords and bookmarks. This keeps reoccurring after we fix it each time. Can you help?

Over the past couple of days, I am no longer able to view content on the Substack.com website. If I switch to the Edge browser, I get the usual view. I've tried turning off Extensions and other typical issues. So far, none have corrected the problem.

I have been using Firefox as my default browser for years on all my computers. I have a computer at work and one at home. My home laptop has for some time now been telling me that AI search results are "not available right now, try again later". Initially I thought this was transient, however it has not changed. I have tried to find a setting either in firefox or google that has changed but I cannot. My other laptop works just fine with AI searches on google. I used to be able to download from these two web sites Israbox and Farescd.com, but lately it said data could not be verified. Sometimes it allowed but other times it won't . Please help. Thanks

I have a Mac with Sequoia update but my Mac is not good with memory so when I have a new install version it will probably crash my Mac. How might I stop automatic installation by Firefox?
