A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. I have attached a picture of the same herewith.

I purchased a new computer, was finally able to download Firefox. When I go to use it, frigging Microsoft BING come up. How do I fix it? Thank you for your help. Susan

p.s. I am at work, the new computer is at home., The version of Firefox was downloaded yesterday and the operating system is Windows 11

Hi I wish to have Firefox 125.0.2 and 124.02 'separate instances', not different profiles...

I already have 125.0.2 installed with various Profiles.

I found a 'few' links and they were quite 'cloudy' and also since Firefox (now) does not have the 'ask you WHERE to' install... I vaguely remember years ago, it was possible.

I do not mid doing tweaking, I also already have backups of profiles, just in case!

I have language set to English (GB) but am being constantly annoyed with words like "colour" being underlined as badly spelt. Why aren't you using an English (GB) dictionary?

Hi, one of my most commonly visited websites (boardgaming commmunity) is no longer loading: https://boardgamegeek.com

When attempting to load a number of different web pages such as Quickbooks Online Apps, the page displays "Loading Apps..." with a spinning wheel, but never redirects to the Apps page; the site hangs forever. On other browsers there are no issues; it eventually switches to the correct page. In Firefox Browser I have tried adding exceptions in Settings --> Privacy & Security --> Manage Exceptions. No change. Thoughts?

I just got a new to me computer and it has Firefox 125.0.3 (64bit) but I was more comfortable with what I had Version 124.0.2 (64 bit). What would be the downside of changing to what I had? I just use it for home use and browsing. How would I go about making that change. I'm not to knowledgeable about computer language and stuff. Thanks, Larry

I have started posting bugs of Firefox in Bugzilla for almost 6 months now(though the number of bugs is 3). I have noticed that the bugs really had no response for nearly then(almost 6 months), so is it the way bugs are handled?, like they take long time to address( just asking as I though the process to be relatively fast) or is it something that I might be doing wrong in reporting a bug. I searched online and have been looking at assigning the bug( what I understood). So, how to do it if there exists something like assigning and will it increase the movement on my bugs??

When I click on the link for Hyperallergic Magazine, the page doesn't load. I don't have it blocked in Notifications. I have allowed pop-up windows for it. I can't figure out what else might be preventing it from loading. It is free. I don't have this problem with any other website that I know of. I'm running the latest version of Firefox & have Windows 11 on a one-year-old PC. I didn't have this problem in my old computer, which ran Windows 7. Please help. Thanks.

I just switched to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Firefox was working fine, but now many or most pages are garbled; see screen-capture fragments at http://www.fenichel.net/firefox/. I tried a new Firefox 64-bit, but it crashed on most pages.

Longtime FF user (15+ years); just back from a few months of testing another browser and noticed strange labels for Google Contacts in FF125.0.2 (64-bit) (see attached). Any idea what's happening with that?

...and while I'm here, is there a way to choose the digital format for saved screenshots other than .png?
