Hi Collective Brains, Rebuilding my computer after a hack and can not seem to get the little house shaped (Home) button for Firefox back onto my address bar so when I open a new tab and google I can not go back home to Firefox without opening another new tab. Okay, so it's a bit nit-picky, but, hey, it's a bug I don't need right now. Can someone give me a hand, please and thank you Kate

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Page not loading correctly, YouTube video will randomly freeze and the page will blank with a loading icon for about 5 minutes. This randomly occurs with no specific video, but always happens when switching in and out from full screen mode. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open YouTube video 2. Try toggling full screen on and off, no specific video causes the issue

I noticed recently that the "+" for new tab is no longer displayed and available. I have to go to File/New tab to open a new tab.

Does this happen only for me or it is a change that was made? What should I do to have it back as it used to be and it is displayed here:

Alright, so I have a bunch of sites on the bookmark that I have. Sometimes when I open one of them, the tab automatically closes, this also happens when I search something in the address bar. The error isn't critical but it just bugs me, yknow? I am using Firefox on Linux MInt 21.1 Vera, Firefox 115.0.2 (64-bit). Thanks for answering my question

A website I have to use for my work (for the Queensland Department of Education) requires that I input a 6-digit code; for *security*, they insist it be input by clicking on a keypad that scrambles the position of the number keys each time... It's meant to look like the first image attached below, but when I try to open it in Firefox, it looks like the second image and I can't input my code. I'd like to be able to use Firefox for EVERYTHING but I end up having to use Chrome to access this site, which I use pretty much every day for work, and it's very inconvenient.

I found a thread with the same problem while using X-Mouse Button Control; I am not using the software.

It only works sometimes while the page is still loading; doesn't work in safe mode.

I just installed the browser and was glad to use it, until I came upon this problem. I use this feature regularly while browsing the internet, so it would be a dealbreaker for me if I couldn't get it fixed.

Inside the GIF, you can see how the middle mouse doesn't toggle autoscroll, and it only works when holding the button.

When I select emails from a search and try to move them to an existing label, the option I get is to move those emails to the INBOX, but that is where the emails are stored. How do I move emails from the inbox to a label. The emails I want to move are from a search therefore, there are 100 emails I want to move in one action. Glen

Hi, I've been using Firefox for a long time. and for the past months it always crashes and I have to restart it every time I open a few tabs. How can I fix that and what additional information required?

My computer crashed and I had to reset my account. For some reason the password that I was 99% sure was correct didn't work so in order to change my password it said I need an authentication key. I didn't recall getting one of those so I reset my password (even though it said on the screen I would only lose things like passwords and history). I of course lost all my bookmarks that I've been collecting for the last 20 years. And as life goes I've now found the authentication key. My question is can I get anything back now that I have that key or all my bookmarks are forever deleted?

Often, when software I use updates, it will force Firefox open without my permission, to take me to their website. I don't want this or need this. Is there a setting to make Firefox reject any attempts by other software to open a Firefox tab?

Hi Everyone, I've just installed (clean) version 115.0.2, and can't get back to my previous layout. The default engine is set to DuckDuckGo, and Privacy Essentials is installed too. Although the front page of FireFox shows a search box in the main body, when I type into it, the information is transferred to the DDG search box in the Toolbar. How can I get back to where things were before -- i.e. I could type into the main page box and DDG would happily search from there. Thank you,

I have login passwords on Firefox desktop but they are not showing in Firefox ios and sync everything is already enabled on both devices having common Firefox account

No matter what type, size or source of file I try to download, the download invariably fails withn 30 seconds of starting. Once it fails, retrying the download gets me another piece of the file until the download fails again. To get the file to completion, I have to retry numerous times until it gets to the end. If I have multiple files downloading simulteneouly, that requires dedicated man-management to ensure all of them are fully saved.

Having to accompany any download like that is highly annoying and takes time and attenition away performing other tasks in my browsing session. On the same Windows 10 PC, I do not encounter similar issues using other browsers to try to download the same file - it's a one-click, fire-ans-forget process there. I even recently reset my Windows installation and then reinstalled a fresh copy of Firefox (my favourite browser to use) but this annoying issue persists.

Can anyone help?

Hello there. Ever since the latest update (to 115.0.2), I've been experiences random crashes. It's only happening with these 2 sites: https://www.mapsofworld.com/ and https://www.buongiorno.sk/ (there may be more but I haven't discovered any others as of yet). I open the sites and FF immediately shuts down. And then, after I restart it, there are no crashes listed in the logs (about:crashes). I've tried everything. Cookies, cache, a "refresh", a fresh install and I've also checked my system and HDD for errors but nothing helped. Any idea what I should do? The problem seems to be on your side, not mine

Latest Metamask update bogs down the browser to the point of being almost unusable. I'm guessing you guys just haven't optimized to work well with their latest version?

When do you anticipate this being fixed?
