This is the last time I'm going to inquire about this topic. I will switch browsers bc Firefox touts their superior product with hundreds of complaints I just cant ignore further.

I USED to be able to close Firefox browser with confidence. Now I can expect to waste several minutes a hour/day logging back into my websites bc Firefox no longer remembers my login information..

I want ONE thing from Firefox, step by step by step instructions on how to put your browser back to the way it was before you'all decided to to "make things better".

If I am on a web site and click a link to another page on the same website Firefox opens a new tab rather than displaying it in the existing tab. How do I get Firefox to NOT do this?

Have not been able to log on to a few sites (all financial base: bank etc) since approx April 2023 Have done all the dirty dozen: cache/update FF/reset/ disabled ad blocks etc.) and still no luck: had to revert back (after about 10 years) to safari (ugh) scoured back in archives for similar problems but found no answer. Does anyone have any idea? (i have not upgraded my mac os 10.14.06 and require itunes to remain) Thanks

Hi, I am Unable to Refresh Firefox, to default setting.. I have did used the 'ReFresh' mode a number of time in past 10-15 years or so.. but, this time on This Computer (Win-11) I am Not able to Access the Firefox Menu Button (top right), Or,

the Drop-Down Menu on the HELP Button, to get to a 'REFRESH' Firefox screen/page, that will Start the Refresh Process..

ALSO, fwiw, my Right Mouse button will not Work, for Any process..

I have always been able find a Refresh Button, that will work Prior, though am Not able to at this Time.. "Copy and Paste' also will not Work..

I have Deleted 'Cookies and Temporary Files' several times, and, Also Rebooted PC 5 or 6 Times to No avail yet as well..

Am I doing something wrong, or What else can I do, (to possibly activate a "Refresh".. I know Bookmarks & History, Passwords, were SAVED.. in Past. Hopefully Will/Can Still be Possible.

i am using a loaner laptop right now while i wait for my main laptop to be returned to me. i need my bookmarks so i downloaded the browser & went to log in. i can't find my password & apparently to reset it i lose all my bookmarks which is the ONE THING i need from firefox right now. i am fully logged into firefox on that other laptop (tho who knows now that i tried logging in on my new device). i can't risk losing all my bookmarks. i need some help here, but i couldn't even get help without creating a NEW firefox account. can someone send me a support email to reach out to?

I have vision issues. I would appreciate that an outline of the empty check boxes in your FireFox settings was made available. I cannot tell at a glance what the configurable options are at a glance.

for the past several months, FF has just been hanging when I attempt to open a website. sometimes it sits there for hours and never connects yet if I open Chrome, I have instant access. I have troubleshot, deleted and reinstalled FF, used safe mode to diagnose the problem. I have done everything I can think of, I even clear all history daily...and NOTHING helps. Sometimes I have no problems for weeks, then all of a sudden, I can't access the internet but ONLY with FF. I'm ready to just delete everything and never use FF again, but I like it and have been using it for 6 years. Chrome works 100% of the time....FF is hit or miss lately and I'm about done with it.

Starting the quest (i.e., tilting at a huge, anonymous, darkside windmill) anew.

To the Firefox volunteers, developers, moderators, or whoever might read this that is willing and able to do something about it: Provide a means for end users to place the Tabs below the Bookmarks on screen.

I recently tried to log into my Firefox account on a new PC I am building. I have Bitwarden as a PW manager and I use the 2FA inside of the paid version as much as a possibly can. I have it setup for Firefox but no matter what I did I could not get past Firefox's account 2FA page it kept giving me a wrong password. I saw that Firefox has a list of authenticators that will work(https://mzl.la/3p8DJls), is Bitwardens 2FA function not capable of working with Firefox accounts?

So I have Firefox set to open a certain set of pages each time I open the browser. It does that, however, it's not the latest version of the page therefore I have to manually reload the tab to get to the latest version. This is a pain in the ass. Chrome dynamically refreshes pages each time you open the browser. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing or is this just how it's going to be?

Please email or call me to fix. My old, initial, primary email is no longer accessible to I cannot cite the "code" that Mozilla wants me to cite... when I am trying to input a secondary email.
