Sir, I re-flashed windows on my laptop about 14 days ago. When I install Firefox the mail password in sync shows wrong. Then when I add a new password to the Forgot Password again, I lose my previous bookmarks. Where I had many important credentials. Please help me by returning them. Thank You.

I don't WANT to make the pane narrower - obviously. I need to read what's in it. That's why I want the Layout Pane to go UNDER the HTML Pane, so I can get the full width.

So...

How can I fix the Inspector Layout Pane to be UNDER the HTML Pane - always - regardless of how wide it is.

Twitter won't load in firefox latest version under windows 10. Connection problem, twitter running fine on android and windows chrome. So twitter is running fine just not on firefox windows 10.

Is there something to Windows 10 and its DOWNLOADS folder that could cause memory issues? Firefox will only let me download so much to the downloads folder before it freezes up while trying to start a download. I then have to force shut down Firefox and move all the downloads to a folder to be able to start downloading again. Would it help if i picked a different folder to download stuff to? Why does this happen?

Searching for Tickers you keep on getting the sandclock (it stalls) and loading charts crashes the site. Has been like this for ages. Please accept the challenge to make it work equally in Firefox as it does in Edge/Chrome.

Since the last update, my mouse is sticking for a second, from time to time. Whatever you did in that last update, I'm unable to use firefox. I have had to switch to google chrome until you fix whatever it is you broke.

When I get on my desktop and go to my Homepage( xfinity) and I try to pull up my email or other options I get a notice that "this page is slowing down Firefox.Please stop this page. And there is a little stop button. When I push the buttton It all works. I tried to fix the problem on your trouble shooting page and I made it worse. Now my home page doesn't show up in my toolbar. I'm 75 and not very computer savoy. Please help. Thanks.

Wh.en I opene my bank account website, I get the following message: "This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser, stop this page." It is followed by a box with the word "Stop" in it. if I click on that, the page freezes. Can someone tell me why this is happening and what I have to do to fix it?

I am getting VERY frequently the error message: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR when I start up Firefox. It does go away if I close the browser and start it up again within a few moments. But If I let the computer sit without using the browser, it comes back. Went through all of the steps mentioned in a solution on this board to correct this...STILL doing it. I have the most recent version of Firefox, so that's not the issue. My internet connection is very strong (both the router and computer are in the same room, pretty much side by side)and I've tried to connect both with and without my VPN but still have the same issue.

I have lived with Firefox as my only browser since about the late 1990's but may have to switch if this issue can't be resolved. Yes, it's minor but it's still an annoyance to deal with.

whenever I purchase an item online, the autofill option (I assume) shows my location as Virginia. This might be based on an incorrect use of my PC ip address. However, I want to change this to the correct state (NY) in which we live. How do I do that?

I have been using Firefox for about a decade. Lately, most of the websites I use have not been working properly (from utilies and providers to my own website admin page) Some adresses won't even start to load when enetered into the bar.

I have a lot of bookmarks and bookmarks folders, yes. But I hope this is not the issue, as I need them for work.

I am using Mullvad vpn. (found Mozilla's VPN pretty much useless : it tells you right away you're connected, even when it is not actually using proper tunnels yet, especially on IOS. and when locating the VPN in France, France's news websites would refuse to play videos, stating that I am in the US...)

I use Evernote a lot, but over the last few days it's clipper stopped working as well (when clicking the email link to verify my Evernote account, the link opening in Firefox never opens a page..)

I have to use Safari for half of my work online now, which means I will switch everything to Safari next week if I cant find a solution to make Firefox work.

I already erased and re-downloaded Firefox quite a few times. Changing, then resetting all preferences and security settings. To no avail.
