None of this works.

1. There is no key: "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\HTTP\shell\open\command" in the registry.

2. Went through the registry and changed the values of the following keys: .htm, .html, .ttt, .htw, .htx and hxx and every entry to their reference to: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" then rebooted.

3. After each registry edit and reboot windows10 took a long time to come up with lots of disk activity. This tell me the windows changes all this back!

4. So, how do you fix this??????

Hi all!, In previous versions of Firefox I could import or remove my personal certificates from Preferences->Privacy and Security->See certificates.

In Firefox version 109 I noticed those buttons are missing. How can I manage now my certificates?

is it possible to make this opened site/s bar smaller,less wilde ,see my screenshot, this one by : nieuw tabblad like using fonts in about:config. the internet bar i find ok.

When I go to www.shoutfactory.com/shop and search for some movies, when I click on them, the page is blank (white). The tab looks like it is a gear icon. Yes I have tried Safe Mode and Yes ublock origin is disabled for the site in question. Page works fine is MS Edge Browser.

Very recently Facebook (META) wants me to agree to cookies before allowing me access to my personal page. There is a pop-up blocking access. (See attached screenshot) I have used Facebook container since it first became available. What is the risk here? At this point I have not agreed to anything.

Hello, I have a problem, where many bookmarks from my old device are synchronized to my current Firefox browsers (on PCs) even when old device is removed months ago. What worse, when sync is performed, it duplicates tabs, now in "Bookmarks menu" I have albost 2000 bookmarks what are duplicates od ~20/30 ofer month. If Firefox do sync now on 2nd PC, I will get again 2000 and plus something bookmarks. Deleting it gives nothing. It comes back again and again. Normal Bookmarks tabalso gets old tabs and duplicates.

bold textAfter downloading latest version of Firefox, lost all bookmarks. Followed instructions on restoring, window showed all restored, but all are still missing.

In the address bar red cross padlock sign,when i get adult vaction forum up try to sign in, this connection is not secure logins entered here could be compromised. I am trying to block out the new little "stick marks" that post while I try to log on to a site that that I need to "google" and log on to. I tried to sign out of all the "outside sites" that want to log on, but there are sites that I need to log on to and have done this in the past. I usually go to these sites because they are important to my transacting business, accessing my bank, places I pay my bills, etc. If I want to get to these and order or pay a bill, I have to unblock each one of them??? How do I do that? If a credit company wants to contact me, they cannot do this even if we have contacted each other previously? Really?

How do I undo this already-marked system and get out of it? As you can guess, I am old and not up with the times. Please simplify your answers so a not-technical person can understand it.

For decades, when I right-clicked and selected Customize, Firefox opened a separate icons window. Now, it opens as a tab. How can I make it open again as a window? Thank you.

'I Save HTML documents containing Bulleted items (lists) from Firefox. When the saved documents are opened with Firefox, the bulletsb are missing, but when opened with MsEdge they are there. Clearly the Saved File has the Bullet markers embedded (even if not identical to the original), so why can't Firefox show them? The particular files that I Save locally are "LibreOffice Release Notes" '

I've the same problem as https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1317794#question-reply but after following the steps for the solution, it doesn't work for me. Does it have to do with all updates since this question was answered? I've created the chrome folder. I've created userChrome.css file and added the following without "`" marks in it and saved it and restarted firefox after changing the toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets = true . ```

I am very unhappy after 2 weeks using the current version of Firefox 109.0.1.8427 on Win 10. Most of my prior add-ons are gone or do not work, even though Firefox shows them as installed.

I can't live with this version; most of my prior add-ons are not accessible (no symbols to click on even though Firefox says they are installed). The others are missing or require me to access the application menu plus several more clicks, instead of single-clicking an icon on the Firefox header.

How can I get back to the prior version (without having to determine and save/restore everything else that changed in my Win 10 sysres since the current Firefox was installed)?
