Hi support team,

I have met this issue twice. Before I retired my old PC, I did click the "sync now". However, when I login in Firefox in my new PC, I found the bookmarks are very very out of date. Because my old PC was formatted, I lost my latest bookmarks in Firefox.

Could you help with this?

Attachments in Yahoo mail are from todays FF update, not showing and pages for past few weeks have just been hanging? Windows 10, the reply from Yahoo, switch browser. Been using FF for years and really dont want to learn a new system!

Hi all, I'm having a lot of problems with Firefox crashing pretty often. Sometimes once or twice a day.

I most often see crashes in the middle of a Webex video conference for work. But Firefox sometimes goes down in other situations that I see no pattern in.

This is Ubuntu 20.04, Firefox 102.0. Unfortunately, it's a complex environment to debug.

First, when firefox goes down, it rarely leaves a crash report behind. So I'm not getting any direct evidence as to what is happening. Second, I run with uBlock active and it is very difficult to function in the browser without long enough for the crash to happen. Third, I typically have several hundred tabs open. I have a lot of memory (64G) in my machine, and the machine doesn't act like it's swapping, so I don't think I'm running out of memory.

Any help getting to the bottom of what's going on is welcome.

Firefox is constantly hanging and trying to load. I have done several re installs and everything else to correct this problem but it still exists.

After the last Firefox update, i am trying to open youtube.com in my Firefox browser but it's not letting me to do it. Every time i open it shows an error and says that the error is from YOUTUBE and FIREFOX or I can do nothing about it. But the funny part is its working on other browsers like chrome.

when my downloads are downloading on Firefox they keep crashing despite have a lot of space i'm no nerd switched to Firefox to avoid those creepy ads and cuz i like the name! i don't wanna go back to chrome!

Why can't I get on viewmyaccount.com?It is for a financial service lpl finance. I was told not to go to viewmyaccountlpl.com.but to stay with viewmyaccount,com only.

I was watching a show on one of my streaming websites and it it in a shorter box instead of a full screen. im not sure if i accidentally clickec on something because it is happening on more then one streaming site

Hey, I just installed windows + firefox on a new computer recently. The first time I tried to print a pdf from this computer via firefox (as windows does not allow pdf printing by default) and the print preview pops up with the loading symbol and just... never loads. Ever. I tried to switch to the default system dialogue via about:config and print.prefer_system_dialogue and setting it to true, but when I did that firefox just crashed every time I tried to print. I'd appreciate any help, as everything online in regards to this issue doesn't seem to help me at all.

it has been crashing on a regular basis for sometime,(once, twice, three times a week ) no symptom, no indication, never have more than 2 windows going, wtf I'm going to chrome or wherever, if I do not get support

Over the past several days I've developed a problem where Firefox uncontrollably scrolls as posts are added while on Facebook. I've turned off smooth scrolling, etc. and it happens while Firefox is in troubleshoot mode. It appears others are experiencing this but so far I haven't found a solution. Version 102.0.1 (64 bit) & Windows 10 Thanks in advance!

My firefox collapsed a couple of times (I don't blame it my browsing contained around 40 tabs XD). However, when I restarted the browser all of my addons went missing also I cannot add any new addons tried the ones recommended by the browser. I also tried to update the browser and all the troubleshooting options I could find. The issue is not detected by any troubleshooting I tried. So please help me restore somehow my addons or at least make me able to install addons at all. Thanks

recently I have been slipping on my keyboard recently and well from that point on when I try to access a link it will download a file called like this: "fsyZrWoP" or when I try to do a search it does a download called: "search" image of the files below

On my E-Bay account Active Sales screen, the Time Left column displays with an overlaying zero on the leading number (see attached). If I hit CTRL+F to highlight the time, the selections appear properly (see 2nd scan). Any direction to a solution would be appreciated. I'm using Windows 11 and the latest FF.

Does anyone else have this problem and how did you correct it? I did try the Chrome browser and it did not act in a similar way. My Windows 10 is up to date. Thanks.

I never encountered so many people hiding before. Where does it say how to contact the programmers for the browser code. I do not need to read about other persons problems, I just need to file a trouble report. It seems this is being blocked from public view. thanks, Bob
