More recently, for the past few months maybe, I sometimes get a white menubar when Firefox is in the forefront. Clicking on it will restore the menubar.

I am using the latest Mac OS, 15.4.1, and it happened with the previous version too.

I’m using Zen Version 1.11.2b (64-bit), and I’ve noticed a weird issue when using Gmail. When I try to start a new chat, the chat list doesn’t show up — it just kind of bugs out. I can only talk to people in chats that are already open.

Just wanted to let you know in case it’s something on your end. Hope it gets sorted soon!

My Firefox browser window has multiple tabs. I would like to be able to close them individually. The tabs do not have the 'x' symbol on them to be able to close them conventionally. I tried to right-click on the individual tabs, but the drop down menu does not have the option available to close the tab either. I tried rebooting the computer but when I open Firefox again, the same tabs are still there rather than opening up a fresh browser window with only the start tab window. I am using Windows 11 with this computer also. Help!!!

Firefox recently offered a choice of having open tabs appear in a sidebar on the left side. This is great but the tabs and sidebar stay visible when engaging the f11 full screen mode. This makes an awkward appearance when trying to view in full screen - such as movies or any other. The address bar at the top is hidden with f11, but the side tabs and their vertical side bar remain visible. I believe Firefox would be more desirable if the f11 key also hid the side bar. This is how Microsoft's Edge browser functions. Can't have a true full screen if the sidebar and tabs remain visible. The full screen functions works well if the sidebar function is turned off in settings but this makes it awkward for a user who wishes to use the sidebar tabs with a full screen mode. The iDrive backup app on my synology nas is accessed via a web browser over my local network using an ip address. It has a two step security setup. First to enter Synology credentials and then iDrive's. After entering the iDrive credentials, all I get is a spinning wheel. It is supposed to present a box to enter a validation code, sent to me by email (which I get). The box is never shown.

The process works in Chrome and Edge successfully. I contacted iDrive support and they told me that since it fails only in Firefox, that I should contact the browser vendor.

There is no error message.

I tried clearing my browser cache, restarting Firefox and my computer, none of which helped.

Please can you advise me?

KINDLY KEEP BROWSER ACTIVE AFTER SWITHCHING OFF THE PC AND WHENEVER I OPEN THE PC MICROSOFT WINDOWS SHOWING SIGN OUT AND SIGNING AGAIN, BY DOING I DID IT BUT NO SOLUTION. IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING FROM FEW DAYS, I DID SYSTEM RESTORE BUT NO SOLUTION WAS FOUND.

I've been able to sign in to bluemountain.com on my desktop for years, but I can't now. I can sign in on my android phone and tablet.
