I'm too old and tired to try to find my way around the new update. How can I return to the previous version? Life was so simple. Now I spend more time trying to find things that I can't find than I do online doing something productive.

Please tell me there's a simple way to get back to the previous version and that I won't lose my bookmarks and links.

I have 2 PCs and one has all my current settings and the other does not. I recently had to re-install Windows 10 and when I installed Firefox again the settings won't sync. Bookmarks, toolbars, etc.

How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

Okay, 2 of my financial accounts are not available when using Mozilla VPN. What I get is an internet error message like this: "" Access Denied: You don't have permission to access "http://raymondjames.com/" on this server.

Do you know the technical reasons for this? And can you recommend anything I can do about it? Yes, this is the latest Mozilla VPN and Firefox 151.0.2 versions on my older Win 10 desktop.

It seems a pity that Gmail is not an App on Windows and that one has to browse to open a gmail account..

I have noticed behavior in Firefox that seems inconsistent with my expectations of Private Browsing.

When I open a Private Browsing window and begin typing in the address bar/search bar, Firefox still shows my previously searched queries as suggestions. I am not signed in to any Firefox account, Google account, or other search engine account, so these suggestions appear to be coming from Firefox's locally stored search history.

I understand that Private Browsing prevents new history from being saved. However, I expected Private Browsing to also prevent existing search history from being displayed while using a private window.

Currently, I can disable address bar suggestions entirely, but that removes them from normal browsing as well. What I would like is:

• Search history suggestions available in normal browsing windows.
• Search history suggestions hidden in Private Browsing windows.
• Existing search history not exposed when using Private Browsing.

Is this current behavior intentional? If so, is there a setting, hidden preference, extension, or planned feature that allows Private Browsing windows to suppress history-based search suggestions while preserving them in regular browsing sessions?

I was trying to get rid of the cache of things slowing my mac laptop down. During this I turned on the VPN which said choose a country...i chose canada. now everything i do has canada on it. my searches that used to be for australia are all in cnada, my imgae on the internet has been replaced by a canadian, my weather wont let me look up St Kilda, Victoria Australia...it just takes me straight to toronto. This is a nightmare and making my searches mind blowingly long and stupid. how can i get rid of canada from my system!! please. i am desperate

I am new to Mozilla Firefox and would like to learn how to use it properly. Please explain the basic features such as opening tabs, managing bookmarks, downloading files, using extensions, and changing settings. I would also like tips for improving privacy and browsing speed.

bookmarks :: i cant save any new bookmarks when i click book marks all bookmarks appear normal on drop down menu but when i try to save or edit the location i cant find them to click on

Can I not turn it on because of where I am? When I click get started on the VPN extension it opens a tab saying I signed in successfully but when I go to turn it on, there's no toggle switch and just tells me to get started again. It's making me go in a circle with it.

received an email from a website, Chewy.com, about upcoming order. I clicked on Chewy's manage order button that should have taken me to their website so I can make any changes. What it did was tried to open up their website in a new tab, but the tab was blank. I refreshed the website and got nothing but a blank website page. I’m feeling very … filtered by google or safari search engines and haven’t done any research into other search engine options, though I’ve heard other people mention other search engines that are less filtered that I didn’t remember the name of. I hadn’t even really thought of this before but someone recently talked about how all the information is out there on the Internet (which I knew, Duhr 😂) but like a pair of craftily sculpted goggles, each device, OS, search engine simply filters the results I have access to and yet, I still search using Chrome. Wtf? Can you help me? Help me snap out of my bubble?! 😂 I keep falling asleep and forgetting to find a way to be more safe (as I know I’ve been with you on my laptop for yeeears) and also be “allowed” to have access to more info in the big wide world on the Internets? 😜 Do you guys have a search engine? And/or do you guys know the direction to point me in to become a more aware and present human being on the internet who remains safe from all the bs and is also not filtered down into a granule of human pellet feed that they can dissolve into lusch and control, limit, feed off of for profit, leaving me in a vulnerable position to blackmail or destroy? LMAO! 🤣 🥹😳 Really though… I trust Firefox and have used this browser for years. For years now though, I’ve been only on my iPhone and forgot about Firefox until just now because I just “went with this”, brainlessly, on my iPhone and there are certain options one is fed when adopting the iPhone (and Firefox is definitely _not_ one of them!).
