When I try to log out of my financial institution's web site using the Firefox browser, the "Sign Out" link is dead. (This issue began last month.) That sign-out link works as it should when using the Edge or Chrome browsers.

I've installed each offered update to the Firefox software. I always delete temporary files, cookies, histories and caches etc. after ending an internet session. Is there some way for me to troubleshoot this specific issue at my end (i.e., check settings)?

Otherwise, I'll continue signing out from that web site by closing the browser. Cheers

I am no tech expert.....I have not Idea of the problem..I have used these email programs for years with no problems for years. Any help would be greatfuly appriciated.

I have a recent problem with mouse hover with Bookmarks in the Menu bar. Basically; it no longer shows the URL info in the drop down box, only a blank, box appears. I am using Windows 7 and the current Firefox 107.0. It appears to be a Windows 7 issue, because I have the same problem on my Win 7 desktop and Win 7 laptop, but a laptop with Windows 11 is OK.

The really odd part is this. If I run Firefox in troubleshooting mode in either Win 7 machine, the problem goes away, and the drop down box works fine, and displays the URL info. If I manually disable my add-ons in normal mode on either machine however, the problem does NOT go away.

One last odd point. On my desktop, when I am in normal Firefox mode, and look at Bookmarks in the History tab from the menu bar, the last (bottom most) bookmark, and ONLY the last bookmark WILL display the box info correctly. On my Win 7 laptop the same effect occurs, but the last (bottom most), bookmark will sometimes work properly in other folders, such as Other bookmarks for instance.

Also; the URL box does work properly with the ‘Show your bookmarks’ button, and the bookmarks menu if I use the “Open application menu”. These options produce too much ‘white space’ however, and are not as convenient to use. The drop down box works fine with other browsers, but Firefox is my favorite browser. I have searched the Internet and the forum, and not found a similar problem.

Reporting this issue here cause i can't find if there's an actual bug report system. This issue seems to only be on firefox, I've tried chrome to see if it does it there and it's all fine. The issue is when you have the better TTV addon you can see custom emotes on twitch and some emotes are animated, the animated emotes sometimes freeze for a split second and lags the chat for the same time. I've disabled all addons on firefox except better TTV to see if other things are causing it, still does it. Made sure to test this on chrome as well with just the one addon.

I just restarted my computer with a Firefox update, and upon rebooting AVG caught the Firefox updater trying to connect to a Card Stealer URL. Please see attached screenshot.

I've used Firefox for decades with no problems. Last week I switched from Macafee to System Mechanic Ultimate Defense. I discovered two issues immediately:

1) I can no longer log into my online banking site I tested, yet I still can login using Chrome. The error "for security reasons your session has ended" appears. It does not register as a failed login at my bank. I've worked with my bank's tech staff to no avail. System Mechanic support just told to me to use Chrome....grrr.

2) clicking on certain links just sites with the URL loaded in the address bar, but a blank screen. These include Adobe esign documents, and the login for my local public TV site.

Hours of fiddling and talking with multiple support people. NO headway.

Using Windows 10

Starting yesterday, every youtube video I try to watch never plays or is in a constant state of buffering. It works fine in Edge, and Twitch streaming has no issues so its definitely not my internet connection.

I've already tried clearing my cache, rebooting, clearing it again and refreshing Firefox and the issue remains. Disabled adblocker as well. I am currently on version 106.0.5

i can't play some (but not all) youtube videos. they do play on other web browsers.

the message is "an error occured, please try again later. playback ID is ... " 

i'm using firefox 106.0.3 on linux suse tumbleweed. Before I upgraded to both of these the same videos were playing ok.

Is there a way you can make tabs pop into a separate window when dragged out of the top bar (Chrome does this by default, it's very useful for dragging specific tabs to 2nd monitor)

Hey !! Mozilla, I just updated ....What happened to the compact mode for Bookmarks..Now they are double spaced they take up too much room.. Bring back compact mode or I will have to find another browser that enables a compact mode. Infuriating.

I want to disable ad blocker. I actually want to see the ads. Since I did the latest update, ad blocker is turned on, and there appears to be no way to turn it off. How do I disable it?

I keep getting a rectangle popping up asking for my PRIMARY PASSWORD--Mozilla Firefox Please Enter Primary Password Sign In Cancel

I've tried every password I know & none work. So I changed my Firefox password (primary?? I don't know)

The rectangle continues to pop-up. To get rid of it I hit Cancel a couple of times.

I can access my Firefox Account But this rectangle is totally annoying.

What can I do? I need help. HELP!
