WHY do you strip my FireFox every 4 times I update? Sooner or later I will get tired of this circle jerk. Put my FireFox back like I run it, you try and try to have me run a generic Browser, when they do me no good, trying to mine my data is futile, as we show time after time. I like FireFox because I can cut the dead weight and go to work. Please help Robert StrongBow

I have been blaming this on Apple, thinking they don't want to get bad news, but if I go to the same site on my Linux machine the "I have this question/problem too" buttons work every time along with the "Helpful" one that also fails to do anything in the Windows version. Just thought someone should know.

hi..please see attached image..I'm wondering if I did something to cause this. I think I clicked on the update FFN notification that regularly appears in the upper right-hand corner or my laptop screen. I then restarted the computer. then this error. I did the FF "refresh" and that seems (so far) to have fixed the problem, but it wiped my settings :( any suggestions or thoughts appreciate..thx Matt

I keep getting a message that says on YouTube "experiencing interruptions, find out why?'. The videos pause and are choppy. When I click find out why, it's telling me to turn off my high resolution. I don't even know how to do this. My tower is connected to a samsung hd smart tv, that serves as my monitor. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse. The message is constant - all day long, every day. Can you please help me fix this problem. I am a paying member of YouTube Premium. Thank you.

I turned on my computer like any other normal day this morning, except when I launched firefox it was like it was freshly installed, all my passwords, usernames, cookies, saved bookmarks, work related history material is all GONE it's like I just installed firefox for the first time. A lot of these passwords I dont know off the top of my head so I'm going to have to ask my business partners for ALL the passwords... Why did firefox do this? What is the problem??

I've got a persistent issue where Firefox immediately crashes when I open it initially.

Starting it again after this crash works totally fine, though if I close out and re-open a few times it will crash consistently (after every 3-5th-ish open).

It has been happening for the last year or so, and despite clean installs of the browser as well as other diagnostics it won't go away. It's incredibly annoying :(

Hoping the Firefox community can give me a hand and help solve this.

I am trying to find answers in relation to my Favourites shorcuts not showing the Icon for some well known websites e.g BBC World News, CNN. Once answer found on the Firefox Forum is: Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

This is just typical of many answers I find on the Firefox forums whereby the suggested solutions seem to bear no resemblance to my Firefox system. Am I using something different? Everything points to me having the latest up to date version of Firefox. For example if I click on the four horizontal line hamburger on top right of the screen I do not see anything that begins with "Tools" in the menu options. I see "Settings" and "More Tools" but none lead to "Options>Content: Fonts & Colors> Advanced: [X]. simarly, If I click on "Tools" in the menu at the top of the Browser nothing leads to "Options". Any suggestions please?

Hello! Hoping someone can help with this new (to me) issue. I've searched and can't seem to find any articles/threads.

When I open the wifi menu on my laptop, I also see a media player featuring a video I watched three days ago (image attached). I've used my computer several times since then and didn't notice it. It also doesn't appear to be functional, as when I click play, nothing happens.

Is there a setting I'm missing to get this to go away and to prevent it from coming back again?

All my passwords and sites and user name just sit there. I have to enter them manually. Screen says TURN ON FIREFOX, I WOULD LOVE TO turn it on but how?

This is a ton of work with no benefit to me

Something changed very recently, probably that new update. There are passwords and all manner of info I can't find....

I am missing MANY bookmarks I had in Firefox. Where did they go?

Can I somehow restore the previous version if necessary to recover them?

I can't use pdf to printout my credit card statements. This has happened on different banks. Finally, I gave up & went over to Chrome & had no problems. Please fix it. Another issue about pdf, it used to pop up on another page so I can view it right away when I clicked on open or whatever it was . But now, it disappears in a file. I miss the old way. Please fix it. Autofill has been working perfectly fine until yesterday. There's not even a manage addresses in the privacy and security settings anymore.

Autofill card still works, but not addresses.

Windows 11 Pro 64bit, v.22000. All of a sudden, Firefox goes haywire. Latest is I cannot turn on Open previous windows and tabs in version 104.0.2. The checkbox is simply grayed-out. WHY??? I didn't make any changes - these problems just started on their own. Also, none of my passwords for various websites are automatically available anymore.
