I'm trying to log in to jjwxc.net, which requires a captcha to do so, but not only is the whole site's formatting a mess, if I didn't know the captcha existed I wouldn't even know it hadn't loaded, because there's not even a failed load icon. Trying to log in without the captcha just results in reloading the log in page. Below are screenshots of the site as it should appear, on chrome, and as it does appear on firefox. (I'm also using a dark mode extension, which I have checked has no effect on this matter)

None of the images are loaded either, but I can get the site running in the mobile browser. In fact, when I first logged into the site on the mobile browser the captcha came up, and I was also somehow able to log back in on mobile despite the captcha not appearing since. I won't question the magic and just thank my luck. However, as you can see, the site is in chinese, which I unfortunately do not speak, and the mobile browser does not support in browser translation extensions like TWP.

After logging in on the mobile browser the site then loaded properly, so I have some hope that the desktop browser may do the same if I can log in (I don't know why that would work, but I can only say what I see). I don't know why the mobile version would load the site better than the desktop version either, but here we are.

I tried turning enhanced tracking protection on and off, clearing cookies and cache data, and disabling all extensions, non of which made any difference. Is there anything I'm missing that could fix the captcha?

¬ In case anyone's wondering why I don't just use chrome since it obviously loads the site fine, the site seems to have made some changes to the security on the paid chapters which are apparently incompatible with chrome, and brings up a message that the user's browser is outdated and too slow, the irony of which is not lost on me considering that out of chrome, edge and firefox, chrome is the only one that reliably loads the site - yet the message explicitly recommends the user transfer to edge if using internet explorer. No offense, btw, Firefox has a great interface, I know it boasts security over speed, and I like the extensions and all, but I can't exactly rate it five star when it won't load the one site I really need it for. I want to like this browser, but I need it to work for me first.

I have a high speed windows 10 laptop. I've used Firefox for many years with very good results. Since your recent upgrade my computer has run extremely slow on your browser. This is not the case with aol or Google. I've tried changing settings but don't know what I'm doing. Nothing is making a difference. I don't want to go to another browser but unless this changes I have no choice. Hope you can help.

We are sending emails through HubSpot. When opening up links from the email that go to Instagram, they are opening up to blank pages. Per HubSpot support this is a known issue and said Firefox support could give us an answer on how to fix this.

I got again blue screens (see also Release Notes of 106.0.5) with 107.0.1 and my Gemini Lake CPU notebook, was an old codebase taken ? I get NO bluescreens (crash) with with 107.0, the only AddOn I loaded is uBlock Origin, nothing else. This is VERY annoying, saw this also with Firefox ESR, with ESR, there was no code fix for Gemini Lake CPUs.

I have two connected problems, the first is that every time I opne a pdf in Firefox, it downloads it whether I want it to or not. I've checked my settings and as far as I can tell, it *should* be just opening them in a new tab.

The second (more frustrating) thing is that my downloads seem to be disappearing from my download library in Firefox? The files themselves are safe on my computer, but I have to go hunting through where I've saved them instead of just accessing them from the downloads window tab thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On one website *only* and only with *some* hyperlinks there I have trouble opening the hyperlinks. I can work around the issue, but I am curious what causes it -- and if there is a way to avoid having to work around. Here are the symptoms:

1. (right)Click on the hyperlink and 'open in new tab' --> does not open 2. Same as 1) but 'open in new window' --> does not open 3. Same as above but 'open in new private window' --> opens fine!

Alternatively 1. (plain click) on the link --> does not open 2. above + use back arrow (<-) to go back to page with the hyperlink and then use the forward arrow (->) to return to the hyperlinked page and it opens!

Additional info: FF 107.0.1 (64-bit) on Macbook pro M1 Ventura FF preferences set to open links in new tab, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't depending on the site FF advanced setting browser.search.openintab is set to TRUE (but it failed with FALSE also)

So I am stumped!

Firefox doesn't support Netflix

Netflix worked perfectly fine on Firefox earlier in the day for me but, now, error code F7121-3078 has prevented me from accessing Netflix. I use Firefox daily so I don't want to use another browser. Help?

What can I say to Fifth Third to persuade them that I am not the problem? They get plenty of complaints from others with my same problem, according to customer service there. Is there a way for me to use my computer, my browser of choice, etc?

This is driving me crazy ... Firefox ALWAYS downloads PDF files to my Downloads, and I do not want this at all. Settings are set to "Always ask" but this gets simply ignored. Please, is there somebody which a solution which actually works? All the suggestions I have seen correspond to the setting I already have. Thank you.

How can I contact support to remove the two factor authentication, I factory reset my phone and lost access to the codes. hello I have problem with not being able to open any website like Google or Youtube.

even thou it was working like for half a hour. it was not from my network, because I was able to open it in another browser.

I have issues with these two sites only on Firefox, and never when using a private window in Firefox. I believe that they both started this past summer, I don't know exactly when.

1. 1 Quickbooks Online

https://accounts.intuit.com/app/sign-in? Their site does not remember my previous logins when using Firefox. It asks for 2FA every single time. If I use a private window, it will remember me for a certain amount of time and not require 2FA. I have contacted QB support several times about this issue and they say that it's not on their end.

1. 2 Microsoft Onedrive

https://onedrive.live.com Nothing shows in the main screen, no files, nothing. It works fine in other browsers and in a private window in Firefox. I haven't yet contacted MS support, as this seems to be similar to issue #1.

Yes, I've cleared cache and cookies. Yes I've turned off ad-blocking. Nothing I've tried resolves either of these issues,

last sunday when i restarted my pc due to sluggishness with mozilla firefox and thunderbird, a problem occurred to disable the functionality of bookmarks (favorites) and history; an error message pops up saying one of firefox's files is being used by another application, caused by a security program.  as a result, pressing control shift o for bookmarks library shows an empty tree view; typing a search entry in the editfield yields no results-bookmarks have all disappeared or are inaccessible. also i can't save a new bookmark with alt control d. later on i noticed my firefox browser had automatically updated, so this may be responsible for disabling functionalities of earlier firefox versions; i currently have firefox 107.0.1 on windows 7 machine.  does anyone know what i can do to re-enable the bookmarks functionality like it was before, and how to turn off automatic updates?  thanks.

Since the last update, when I click on a link in a document, Firefox opens my home page in a new tab instead of the link that I clicked on. I've never seen this with Firefox before. What's causing this, and how can I fix it? (It's enough to make me abandon Firefox altogether.)

Please allow me to preface with I do not know how to code at all and I have found some options to make the scroll bar disappear, but with coding, and I'm hoping for an option that takes that away easily.

I don't think it is any of my extensions causing this, and I don't think it's an option in Firefox to remove the scroll bar.

Please help if possible! It doesn't disappear even when I'm watching videos on fullscreen.

When trying to stream video from either Netflix or Amazon I am receiving a message saying that my browser is out of date and is no longer supported. I am running 107.0.1, which is the up-to-date Firefox browser.

There is nothing on either sites help DB except for instructions on how to update my already up-to-date browser. FWIW I have been on this version for weeks and this has only emerged in the last 48 hours.

I see that others have this same problem. Since the last two updates, Firefox has crashed when I open Facebook and try to scroll down my newsfeed. Other sites are okay, and other browsers work with Facebook.
