HI All Recently purchased a laptop and want to have FF sync with my desk top. I am signed in to both devices with the same account and have checked all settings on both and they are identical. Why are they not syncing?

Somehow NordVPN caused my Firefox bookmarks on my macbook to be deleted (Nord has caused more problems than I've had in years). Many of the bookmarks are still on FF on my ipad. I've setup sync on both devices (at least I think so), but when I hit the sync button on my mac, the ipad's bookmarks don't appear on my macbook. On my ipad mozilla account 'everything I'm using and signed into' shows the macbook was active 7 minutes ago, and the 'sign out' box is available, so I must be signed in. Firefox on my iphone is the same. Any suggestions. It's getting to the point where it would be easier to setup new bookmarks.

I opened up Firefox for the first time in a while on this newer laptop, and all of my bookmarks are missing. I recently opened Firefox on my work desktop, and they were all there.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have linux LMSDE7 Mint, Firefox will not sync. I click on the 3 top right corner lines, sign into Mozzilla, the bookmarks have not synced. Then if I go back to the same lines, it has still the "sign in" field, clicking has no reaction. It seems that mozilla is not signing in I have an other linux version, winux, there I have no problems, it syncs ok.

After updating Firefox to the latest version, my bookmarks are no longer syncing across devices. I have Firefox installed on Windows 11 and Linux, and the sync was working fine before the update. I have tried signing out and back in to my Mozilla account but the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated.

i have changed windows and i put the same old account on firefox but still not recover my old browser data or passwords , etc i loss everything , please help to recover all my data

I am trying to sync my Firefox from my old laptop (Windows 10) to a new laptop (Windows 11) Mozilla sends verification code to my email, but my email is so slow that by the time this code arrives it already expired. a) Can verification code be sent to my phone? b) if not, how can I increase the time allowed for imputing the verification code to wait until I receive the code?

Please help, it looks like my passwords are not synced anymore on any Mozilla I use. I sue a Mozilla portable at home and a classic desktop on my office. The synchronyzation works for bookmarks, browse history and download history but not a single password is imported on my sessions ! My files are present : see screenshot01 so my passwords are here. Login.json contains data. So what's the problem. The debug mode said that : see screenshot 02 Thanks for the help

Recently I had to install a new windows, and I signed in to my Firefox account and found all the data from the previous windows including the open tabs, I could find them from "Tabs from other devices".

But now can't find them any more, although that device name is still there in my account page, under " connected services", please advise.

Hi, I need help retrieving my Saved passwords, Bookmarks and History. I have recently changed my mobile phone and Laptop. I've logged in on both items. I can't find my password, its clean. I can only see the visited sites that were on my new mobile, but nothing from my old laptop even after login and Sync

So I just switched OS on my desktop, and had to log into Firefox all over again for the first time in a bit, and it turns out that for some reason my saved passwords arent synchronising with my whats saved on my phone? In the past my experience have been that if I ask firefox to save my password on one device it remembers it on all my devices. Is this not the case? Is there something I need to do to manually synchronise?
