Hello I am using Google Flow on my Linux PC and when going to edit scenes I get an error about a missing Codec. If I use Brave browser works fine so this makes me think this is not an OS issue but browser.

Youtube videos are not playing when clicked, it needs a click to play button, which is tiring and wanted to quite firefox if not fixed. When playing youtube videos, where we click on another video, it opens and play for 2 seconds and then it stops, want the user to click the play button to continue, this is unwanted, please make this an option for those you want that feature. I tried to turn it off in autoplay, but there is no options to do so.

70% of twitter or x and instagram videos don't work just go black image sound ok . youtube ok and other websites ok troubleshoot mode useless. google chrome play all video types .any edit flags

Hi. Every time I go into youtube, the sound cuts out after about an hour. I then have to go to settings, volume mixer and Mozilla Firefox and click on the X to get the sound back. Youtube has assured me this is not their problem, but a Mozilla one. I've been with Firefox for many many years and have never had this problem. Could you please advise me as to what to do about this ? Thank you.

for any website playing a video, if i skip ahead or go back, the audio breaks. Its not a smooth transition like chrome. It is like it suddenly cuts off the audio and then begins at the skipped ahead point.

Hello Firefox support. I'm having trouble joining meetings in calling applications where I stream my screen from my laptop. I tried several different applications on my Windows 10, and unfortunately, in the Firefox browser, the audio doesn't work at all in various different applications, which reveals that the problem isn't the app. I couldn't find help in Mozilla support, so I'd like to know how I can stream my screen (either full screen or in browser, etc.) along with the audio so that everyone in the meeting can hear the sound of my computer. Thank you.

It seems to be related to video playback but not sure. It was happening while a video was playing full screen, and also after stopping playing/hiding a non-full-screen video.

To catch the issue had to screen record at 240fps. I used Nvidia Overlay to record the issue, but was happening before the overlay was even enabled.

Disabled all addons, made no difference. HW acceleration on or off, still happened.

Videos autoplay using iPad Pro M5 despite Auto-Play Video Previews, Auto-Play Animated Images and Auto-Play Message Effects all being turned OFF. Current Mozilla advice appears to be associated with PC use not iPad. Thank you!

I am facing a persistent video playback issue specifically in Firefox (latest version), while the exact same stream works perfectly fine on Google Chrome and VLC player.

When I try to play a high-definition HLS live stream from my network provider site (vraitv.com), the video stalls and buffers every few seconds. Upon inspecting the Firefox Web Developer Console, I notice frequent NS_ERROR_NET_TIMEOUT errors during the loading of .ts video chunks, along with occasional CORS warning flags.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Disabled Enhanced Tracking Protection for the site. 2. Started Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (Safe Mode) with all extensions disabled. 3. Cleared all cookies and site cache.

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Are there any hidden settings in about:config (such as modifying network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server or increasing the media cache size) that can optimize how Firefox handles concurrent video chunk loading?

Any technical guidance would be highly appreciated.

MY FIREFOX IS HAVING AUDIO ISSUES. THE VOLUME INCREASES BY ITSELF IT HAPPENS USUALLY IF I ENTER OR EXIT FULL SCREEN MODE, OR IF THE VIDEO OR MOVIE STOPS TO BUFFER FOR A MOMENT IT WILL COME BACK ON AT 3 OR 4 TIMES THE VOLUME. ITS A IRRITATING REGULAR OCCURRENCE. IVE TRIED SETTINGS, AND UPDATES BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO FIX IT. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN ON ANY WEBSITE I USE. (YOUTUBE, SEVERAL MOVIE WEBSITES AND CARTOON WEBSITES. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY READJUST IT IN AND OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING I WATCH. HOW DO I FIX THIS ?
