I am trying to delete the add on extensions and when I click themes and extensions, manage your add on does not pop up. It is causing problem with trying to download videos with dwhelper because the add on extensions pop up not the video download. Please help. Thanks

Since a day or two the font size on my Menu Bar is way too small. I have been searching around and the solutions are not working or not what I want. I do not want to zoom in, I want my page size to remain the same, I only need the font size on the menu bar back to what it was. I tried the userChrome.css method and it did not work

My old email keeps showing up when Firefox is trying to auto fill email. How do I change that in Firefox. Same with addresses, My mailing address is shown in many different ways, all variants of my actual address.

Also, I have some kind of browser hijacker (BING) that keeps directing me to Bing website. I have tried the standard procedures as outlined, bu t still BING often redirects my searches. I am also working with my anti-virus people to try to correct, but thought I would ask you as well. Here's where it took me when I searched for cookies (like you bake in the oven): "https://www.bing.com/search?ptag=ICO-86655dbd68d344bb&form=INCOH1&pc=1AWL&q=cookies"

I reset my windows 10 installation thinking that it would be similar to a "backup and restore", but it wasnt. I wiped out nearly everything I had installed.

I hope that can learn how to load bookmarks from saved favorites folder.

Any help?

Lost an open session in Firefox - folder sessionstore-backups doesn't contain anything. Not even the upgrade recovery. Lost or is there still something else I can do? Thank you

I logged into my new laptop and because I forgot my password I used the forgot password option, but now when I login I dont have my previour saved profile and it seems to be a fresh profile.

All my bookmars and saved passwords are missing.

I have always used the same email address for login.

search jumps to address bar. I NEED THIS TO STOP IT !!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT A GREAT THING for ‘Firefox'. Give us a click button to turn this unwanted or unneeded automatic feature. Please don't offer workaround goto edit deep function programing 'work with me' options, just turn it OFF.

This might just be a blind thing, I use the NVDA screen reader, but when I sign in to firefox, my password is 12 letters long, but when I look on my settings page, it's 18 characters long, is this normal?

I can log in using my 12 letter password and it's not a master password, I don't have one of those.

Any help would be apreciated.

When I click the Firefox icon to start, it is minimized at the top of the creen, I clcik the enlarge button and it just moves it across the screen. I have to click it again to make it full size

When I want to go to the NY Times, and i type "nyt" the address bar automatically populated with the rest of the URL "nytimes.com". When I do the same thing with gmail and "gmail" it runs a search on a search engine instead of completing the rest of the URL.

Why would it do this for one website and not another? How do I fix this, I use gmail all the time so its a bit of a time waster.

I just upgrade my firefox, but it did not import my history, cookies, bookmarks or passwords. I found a backup of the bookmarks (in a bookmarkbackups folder) but how do I restore the everything else?

We can access the website www.focusadhdindy.com using Chrome, but when using Firefox, we notice that it requires an additional '/' (www.focusadhdindy.com/) to open. Please resolve this issue so that the website can be accessed from Firefox using the link www.focusadhdindy.com without the need for an additional trailing slash.
