Some website can't display English content properly (shown as rubbish text as in figure provided), but if I copy those text and paste them else where (for example in a .txt file), they shown as English. I even disabled all of my plugins, but it still has the problem.

It won't have such a problem if I open the same web page via chromium-based browsers.

Just wondering what might be the cause?

Since firefox's latest update I am unable to access my online PNC banking account. PNC says that Firefox is no longer compatible with their online banking system. I'm using an IMAC computer. since new update firefox 111 and update windows 11 cannot download photos from google photos to my laptop tried security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling setting in firefox changing from true to false. didn't work tries disabling extensions in firefox -didn't work tried in private window firefox - didn't work tried with different browser- micrsoft edge- didn't work

tried when nordvpn was paused : didn't work checked updates on all network adaptors

made exclusion from scanning

The only thing I have not tried is changing DNS server setting, I don't have enough knowledge to start doing this.

i came across this website and notices something off about it so i opend up chrome and it showed images. i tried with no extensions andwith troubleshooting mode. i also cleared my cache i reinstalled and tried clean with no extensions

so i hope someone can help me fix this because i really loved firefox so far.

Hello, On https://www.cvs.com/ and entering data in the search box and selecting the search icon goes to https://www.cvs.com/ie11.html with the message "It appears you may be using a browser that is out of date." However, Firefox is current to 110.0.1 (64-bit). See the "out of date" message as well as Firefox Help > About showing Firefox is up to date. By the way, I'm running Windows 11. Pretty frustrating. I am having issues with Firefox and Twitch. after updating to the current version (110) I have been unable to claim twitch drops. So I tried troubleshooting like clearing my cache and cookies, and logging out of twitch. But when I try to log back into twitch I keep getting this error stating that my browser (firefox) is not supported.

I used to be able to access this site in firefox and can acces it in microsoft edge. Any idea what is going on?

For the past few months some text on firefox is displaying as absolute nonsense (screenshots attached), while the rest will be normal. It's in websites and emails too, usually titles or text that's in a different font or color. I've tried updating firefox and tried turning off some settings suggested in other posts about similar problems but nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm sick of having to visit certain websites in Safari in order to read them!

I have many companies and organizations that tell me that their website does not support Firefox, only Chrome and Edge. As I would like to divorce myself from Google and Microsoft as much as possible I would like to know what issues there are with supporting your browser. I am switching to Linux as my OS and Mint comes with Firefox. I understand I can get Linux versions of Chrome and Edge but that is really not my preference. Thanks.

Hi, Have been having issues with the google cdm widewine drm plugin for a wee while now but eventually found the solution to my specific case. The problem was firefox never managed to install the plugin, it just kept saying it was installing it but never did.

It tuns out that my opnsense router uses an IDS / IPS watchdog plugin called ZenArmor. Tuns out it was blocking the download url for the plugin from the following address

If I added the gvt1.com domain to it s exceptions list, firefox immediately downloaded and installed the plugin flawlessly.

As stated in title. I have ebay as one of my main page widget-thingys but have also tried typing in the address to the main search bar - it simply will not open, but will in Opera browser just fine. I also changed the address for the box to what it comes up as in Opera, but still won't work.

My daughters setup has been fine for over a year using Office365 for her classes. Today she reported she cannot open any of the files. Behavior is we can sign in fine, see all the files listed, looks good. However we click a file, and the title up top says "Working..." and the history tab will flood with about 10 attempts on a sharepoint site, then give a sign in error asking to sign in again. This will fail each time. I tried basic steps, cleared cookies, no dice. Only ublock was in use, without issue previously, but disabled and removed and it still did it. I even loaded up a new blank profile, nothing added, same behavior. I tried on my PC's firefox and it does work correctly. Both are v 110.0.1. Any suggestions to what I've tried? I would expect no extensions and new profile would resolve it. For now it works via chrome , but we're a firefox family.
