So i've lost access to my email on. my old mozilla accounts and upon logging in on a new device im being asked for a code to the email which i don't have access to anymore is there a way that my info can be synced to a new one. Thanks

I'm trying to setup 2fa on my account. It requires sending a code to my email which I then use to verify. These codes consistently are sent outside of the time window and as a result expired. I've added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts, and I've tried this on firefox desktop and firefox mobile on an iphone, and both produce the same results.

I'm on a gmail account and gmail flags these emails as suspicious despite being added as a contact, which likely means they are poorly formatted. Despite this flag, they are still sent to my inbox when they finally arrive.

This is incredibly frustrating as this is a service provided by basically every company and yet I have never seen it perform this poorly as it has with firefox.

I was trying to sign in to siriusxm.com. A box came up that said "Please insert your security key", with a diagram that looks like a flash drive. It said the request came from FireFox Mozilla Corp.

Is this one flashdrive key that will work for everything Firefox Mozilla Corp wants to guard, or it is something required by SiriusXM? I've never heard of it, but have seen it pop up for two or three things in the last week. I don't know how to satisfy the requirement. I looked though the topics on FireFox help page, and nothing mentions it that I can find.

I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. Now when I try to login to a platform, my verification codes to my phone are coming through too slow. What is causing the delay?

I tried to sign into my account, but then it sends a code to my email which i go into but didn't get and have waited for an hour but still nothing. Has this happened to anybody?

How does one scan a QR code while using a PC? I thought I had set up Two-Step Auth a long time ago, then I realized I wasn't being asked for a code. After reading the instructions, I am very confused on How to SET UP the TWO-STEP authentication code.

Why do I need to use a 3rd party app to set up Two-Step?

I have a fingerprint scanner and a slot for a security key, but I have never used a security key, either in the slot or a USB plugin.

When I try to go to Gmail, I enter my gmail address, and then Firefox pops up a screen wanting me to insert my security key, and there are no buttons to change how I verify my identity.

I've hunted all around for what setting in Firefox is causing it, but no luck so far. Ideas?

Yes Im on the right timezone, updated on auto sync and have tried multiple 2FA apps.

I cant setup my 2FA every time Im at the end of the process where I need to add one of my security keys it just crashed with note that my time of the device is not corrent or whatever. Tried like 25 times with different autenticators. Is it like broken or what is happening?

I cannot receive confirmation codes from yahoo to access my emails. I have tried everything else and have been advised to check with my browser (Firefox).

I arrive at 'Enter verification code' and given 3 options; I use 'Text' via my Android phone. I don't do social networks.

It has been working grand up until the last 3 weeks or there about.

I have very important emails waiting and it is all driving me crazy.

I cannot access Yahoo help; it seems I have to log in which I cannot because I need to receive these codes to log in.

Can anyone help? Personally I think it should be Mozilla but again I seem to be going around in circles. And I cannot receive emails as the check box states ..... Email me when someone answers the thread.

I cannot log in to iCloud.com, even after setting a popup block exception. When I click on the "go" arrow after entering password, I get a notice on my iPhone to allow access. After I approve, I get a 6-digit verification code on the iPhone. But no popup window appears on the Firefox tab, so I can enter the code. Any suggestions?

The best would be to recover additional backup codes but the address [ https://g.co/2sv doesn't do the job.

Hi I have my recovery key under the email and wish to reactivate the account. I can’t receive the two factor authentication email to be able to get to the place where I input the key. Thank.

Hi, I am failing to access two of my yahoo mail accounts.

I am using Fire fox as my browser and Yahoo as my home page.

I have one other yahoo account which doesn't use two step signing in (where they send a code to my Android phone). This I can access.

I see there are a lot of people on the Internet suffering the same thing. What is the answer; if there is any.

I have tried most of the suggestions. I can't email them (can't find their address) or phone them (number don't work).

There are premium numbers. Is this the way it is going? If it is; if I can get my emails back, I think I will leave them.

No point emailing me. I can't get in.

Please Help; help; help, Ahhhhhh!
