This has happened several times in the last 4 months or so, it had never happened prior to that and I've used Firefox for years. It now occurs when I open Firefox after my computer has either been shutdown, or the computer does a restart. I am signed in to my Mozilla account.

with this new version i lost everything i need to get back to an older version and get all my extentions my bookmarks back all my s desktop items that i had linked to firefox are gone i can no longer get face book or anything back to firefox book marks every thing i had with firefox

I woke up this morning and opened firefox. Normally it opens the days previous tabs and this morning it didn't. When I tried 'restore recent tabs' it didn't do it. When I went into history and found the previous day's back up and tried to restore it also failed. Can you help?

I have to reload history, bookmarks, passwords each 3 - 4 days, when Firefox refreshes the software. It was not happening before, just in the last two moths. How can I fix it?

With this latest update - which I hate by the way - I LOST EVERYTHING THAT I HAD SAVED ON FIREFOX. Bookmarks, passwords, EVERYTHING is missing.

I'm beyond angry. Recreating things will take HOURS that I don't have.

If there is someway to recover what I had you can begin to get back in my good graces.

after the last update all my password saved are gone i cannot access many accounts becasue i dont have the password or login i am very upset that i trusted firefox to keep my password now i am in trouble can you please help me to recover my saved password

i could n tlog in into my account becasue i forgot the password so i reset a new password hoping to see my saved password but du=idnt work

I just made your suggested "reorganisation" of the Firefox Browser with the result that all my hard collation of all my bookmarks, website and passwords are presently gone!!! I can only hope that you have a possibility to recover my datas.

Please advise your instruction to recover my websites, bookmarks etc.

Lost all tabs during an update including(weirdly) all theme stuff. Its not in the restore in history. But the themes part is the one that is strange, because why would themes change during an update, all while all my tabs are lost?

Hi. In the process of reinstalling my laptop (W11) I synchronized my Firefox, as I have done some many times before. No, this time, it seems that all my bookmarks and passwords have disappeared from the sync service...

I am not a tech savy person. My firefox crashed on my laptop. Now all my book marks are gone. But the book marks are there on my iPhone. Can somebody please please help me to restore?
