I've switched to vertical tabs as soon as they became available, and although I prefer using them, at the moment there is an annoying issue with them. If you have one or several pinned tabs, clicking one of them does show the corresponding page, but you can't interact with it until you click into it. To reproduce, have at least one pinned tab and a normal one. If you click on a normal tab and then press "Tab", the focus will start jumping between elements that are focusable. But if you click on a pinned tab, pressing "Tab" will first jump through the tab bar a few times before finally getting to the page: First, the tab itself will get the focus, then the "New tab" button, then the "Customize sidebar" gear icon, and only then does the focus move to the page itself.

What's annoying about it in practice is that one of my pinned tabs is a site that uses keyboard shortcuts for interaction, and whenever I click on it and start pressing keys, nothing happens. Then I have to click into the page once to move the focus to it, and only then does it become usable again.

So, it would be great if pinned tabs would behave the same way as normal ones, immediately focusing the page when clicked.

I have tried the troubleshooting described on your website. Firefox will not open to a full screen; when I try to use the application it opens, but only to a thumbnail. I cannot use the application. I have tried reinstalling, I have disconnected the second monitor (I am using this on Windows).

hi, the latest update seems to have removed the entire drop down bar from ebay, (copare 2nd atatched image to first, under username etc) to get this to work i am having to go through edge browser, can you please provide a working sulotion? 1st image from firefox (missing the entire navigation bar) and 2nd from edge. i hae disabled ublock and restard browser etc but the error persists.

Last month I bought a new computer last Sunday On starting my computer my internet would not load. Yet my Ipad and phone both had internet when in my home room.

I had it fixed by my techy guy and after when I started my computer It loaded all my saved tab and downloaded all my emails except my main one davidhaywood34@gmail.com my saved tabs are still there but no new emails for this one account. I am sending this through my alternate email. Yet I can get my emails for this account through Google.

I love Firefox and have used it for years. I hope someone can help me. I would like to keep the saved tabs.

When I dragging a link over the tabs bar, I can drop it between 2 tabs; this will open a new tab for this link, which is a great feature. However if I (accidentally) drop it right onto an existing tab, that tab will be replaced with the new link; if the tab had anything important (could be a long, JS-loaded waterfall page), it will be gone. I have multiple bad experiences due to this bug/feature.

How to disable this?

I have a new account with Citizens Bank, but I don't seem to have access. I enter my username and password, and it prompts me to get a code on my phone. I do this, and once I enter it, I am taken back to the login page again.

I cleared all the associated cookies, but that didn't resolve the issue.

I can log in with Safari, but Firefox is my preferred browser.

Is there a security issue involved here?

Could I get some help with this?

Using my Outlook a/c in Firefox I have a problem with the slider bar RH side. It is far too thin in width for the mouse pointer to lock onto to slide it up/down. This is NOT the case in Goggle Chrome or MS Edge where it is much wider EVERYTIME & works well. Another example of buggy Firefox, NOT so with Chrome/Edge as 5 IT Depts have told me not to use Firefox for bug reasons. Anyone know how to fix this myself or how to contact Firefox to tell them to fix it.

Running Linux Mint 22 on Dell desktop. On bootup, no bookmarks and message with link to restore them. Restarting computer sometimes works after multiple tries but often does not, currently on FF 138.0.3 but this problem has come up on several previous versions of Mint as well as FF. Now more frequent. No security or other software apps have been added or changed.

The last time I got the bookmarks to show I used the FF Save Bookmarks function to save them to a stick. That file shows on the stick as a .json file. Mozilla's choice, not mine. Manage Bookmarks in the hamburger menu generates a pop-up "Library" that will not access the .json file.

Have been unable to login to Spectrum using Firefox for some time now. Checked with Spectrum techs & they say the problem is with Firefox. Also having trouble with other streaming sites using my ID's & passwords. They all seem to work using Chrome. Can you please help get back to logging in with Firefox?

There used to be a toggle in the high contrast settings to use system colors on all web pages, but now the option is gone. [This](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-contrast-control#w_automatic-use-system-settings) post claims that automatic uses system colors, but with automatic enabled, I cant get the colors to actually apply.

I have been using the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 for a while with Debian Trixie with GNOME. I have noticed that firefox works for the initial half hour or so and after that it just stops responding to the touches. I know its Firefox because the other system parts stay responsive to my touches, e.g. GNOME. I'm on version: Mozilla Firefox 128.10.0esr.

Can anyone help me?

Firefox will not run ITVX player but it runs BBCIplayer OK. Firefox says it is waiting for components to be installed but nothing happens, Microsoft edge runs both, firefox used to run ITVX, what is missing please?
