At the moment all websites accessed through Firefox are all crashing after a few minutes and often a lot less. It is happenig constantly. It started before I updated Firefox today, but has continued after the update. Anyone know what's happening? I'm still on Windows 10 - will that be an issue?

I'm not an expert so my apologies for any ignorance or "non technical" talk. I've an account on a website. I signed out and then revisit that website as a guest and they says "Welcome Back". I tried to chat with online agent and they know that I'm an existing user. (Although they didn't mention my user name etc but still they know that I often visit their site.) I clear all relevant cookies of that website and even restarted Firefox but still the same situation. Even I tried to use a VPN but same. Just curious how do they know that I've been visiting this website before. Thanks for help.

bol it's really frustrating because again I only have one device a Motorola cell phone and I don't have any kind of computers or laptops or anything else and it's always talking me to sync my tabs for my other devices and this and that and it's really frustrating because I don't work I'm on ssti I don't go to school and it's always telling me that my I have an administrator on my account that's for my work or school or something like that when all it is is hackers have taken over my phone and hijacked everything in my life because of my old roommate David Floyd Lee

I reinstalled my pc and when I log back my firefox browser, I can sync everything back, but not the content in my Notes extension, I really need that and can anyone help me how to recover those notes?

I just set up a computer with Debian 13 'Trixie', and I downloaded and installed the latest Firefox for Linux (version 145) from Mozilla's site.

Then I noticed at first that it wasn't following my GTK theme. Then after testing a bit, I discovered it would respect only themes with names that end in "-dark". I've taken some screenshots and attached them to demonstrate the problem.

firefox-esr from Debian's repositories didn't have this problem. But also, I've got another computer that still has an older distro (Debian 11) installed, and I'm running the latest firefox 145 on that too, and it always respects my GTK theme regardless of whether its name ends in "-dark". So, perhaps this is a GTK/GTK4 problem or something?

Does anyone know about this issue, can anyone help? I would really like Firefox to respect my choice of theme regardless of whether the theme's name ends with "-dark" or not.

Trying to figure out how to wide the "line" in between the sidebar, with tabs IN it, and major website. Can anyone have a tip?

As of yesterday morning, whenever I restart Firefox, it starts on a page that says WELCOME TO FIREFOX and nit with the tabs I had open when I last closed it, which is the norm since I started using the Firefox browser. Also, certain pages (facebook, x, nytimes, instagram, TikTok) are partially and slowly loading or not loading at all. And finally, all my saved passwords and logins have disappeared.

I encountered an issue when exporting a theme from Firefox Color. When I downloaded the XPI file, it contained only a `manifest.json` and **did not include the background image files** referenced in the manifest. This caused Firefox to reject the theme as “corrupt” when trying to install or import it.

What I discovered during debugging:

1. Firefox Color provides both a **ZIP** and an **XPI** download.

  The ZIP contains the correct folder structure and the background image files.
  The XPI is missing these files entirely.

2. Because the XPI is missing required assets, Firefox treats the file as corrupt.

3. Importing the broken XPI through the Add-ons Manager or uploading it to AMO also triggers corruption or validation errors.

4. I had to manually inspect the ZIP, extract the proper `images/` directory, and rebuild the XPI myself.

5. I ended up using ChatGPT to troubleshoot the issue, confirm expected manifest structure, correct extension ID mismatches, and verify JSON formatting.

The issue appears to be that Firefox Color’s **XPI exporter is broken or incomplete**, producing theme packages that cannot be installed or validated without manual repair.

It would be helpful if Firefox Color’s XPI export included all necessary files consistently and matched the structure found in the ZIP download.

Hi community The option to set, how many rows of shortcuts should be visible on the Firefox start screen, is a good idea. E.g. I set 3 rows and fill them with relevant shortcuts. The shortcuts in the bottom row always changes when I visit several websites. My understanding is: Setting the shortcuts as necessary and that's it! Wtf happens, that the last row changes all the time, that makes me fussy. regards wolf

My credit card payment methods are missing from Firefox's settings. I tried enabling every relevant setting in about:config and still they won't appear. My current relevant settings are shown in the attached screenshot. any suggestions?

I haven't been able to stream videos from the MS NOW website for the last 2 weeks. It has worked great for years. And it's only the MS NOW site, all other websites will play videos. I've tried tips from the web for 5 hours. Nothing worked. I've contacted MS NOW help, and they recommend a different web browser, but I'm happy with Firefox that I've been using for the past 12 years. So far I have: Reloaded the page Checked internet connection Restart browser Restart PC Cleared cache and cookies Disabled extensions Firefox is up to date Reset browser settings All graphics drivers are kept updated Scanned for malware Turned off Firewall Did a msdt.exe -id MaintenanceDiagnostic Disabled all non Microsoft startup sevices

I have Windows 11 version 25H2, and Firefox 145.0.2 I'm having problems connecting to some sites, e.g. Amazon.fr The problem is the same on other sites, i.e. it takes a long, long time to connect to a site or within a site. I have tried various solutions such as: running Avast Clean Up, restarting my computer, clearing the history in Firefox before trying to connect but nothing seems to help. What's gone wrong and what's the solution?

Printing will not show up when I select print, only save shows. What can I do? When I use a different browser it works fine. Only when I use Mozilla, I can't print.
