I am not able to use Mozilla Firefox on my computer. It's the only browser I have been using. When I tried logging in today, I got a pop up the said: 147.0.1 is not compatible with min version 147.0, max version 147.0. Try to reinstall. I reinstalled but no luck. Please help. I need my bookmarks.

I installed Firefox 147.0 using Firefox Setup 147.0.exe to D:\Programs\Mozilla firefox.

After updating Firefox to 147.0.1 via the Help menu, two Firefox entries appeared in the “Settings” app list.

Why did it become multiple?

Will the number of Firefox entries in the app list keep increasing forever with every future update?

a few days ago I received a message that i had an upgrade from Firefox. After that I can't find the bookmarks I had saved for paying bills as well as other important items.

All of the sudden when on say a Amazon page and you LEFT click on a item description typically a page will open about that item and now it doesn't anymore. If I want to see that item, I have to RIGHT click on it and have to chose "open link in new tab" and then can see details of my item. This happens on other pages as well. I can also hold down the LEFT side of the mouse and I will see a tab open that says "we can't preview this link" and in bold text it says "visit link"

How can I get it back to working like it should. Issue is only with my laptop, my other computers work just fine.

When using BT Mail i am unable to input email address from drop down box which appears when typing intial first letters.

I can do this when using Edge.

I have updated my browser to latest version. Have also contacted Bt and have been advised that the issue is your browser. My wife has a chromebook and has no issue with the above problem.

Please advise.

After updating to latest version of Firefox, my request to go to website is showing "Access Denied" (e.g. www.aa.com)

I have four identity containers (container tabs) that I need to open simultaneously all the time, but doing it manually one-by-one is tedious. I want to create a one-click launcher via the command line that starts all four container tabs at once, yet I couldn’t find any switch for it in the help page I checked: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/CommandLineOptions. My Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 149.0a1. My Operating System is Windows 11

Wie kann diese Auswalliste bearbeitet werden? Ich verstehe im Moment noch nicht, wie die Liste gefüllt wird. Ich habe beispielsweise NIUS nur 1x aufgerufen - und schon ist die Website in der Liste. Websites, die ich viel öfter besuche, tauchen dort aber nicht auf. Was kann ich tun? Danke für die Hilfe.

I cant open a new tab from any links at all. I cant copy an paste inside the browser AT ALL. My cursur looks like its about 25px off true. please roll this patch back ...why do they continue to allow engineers or coders to break it when it works fine?

On my MacBook Pro laptop, when I minimize a Firefox tab I cannot access other apps on the laptop. I can see them, but they do not respond to a click on them until I unminimize a Firefox tab.

Why all of a sudden I cannot reacht my saved passwords anymore. Also it does nit prefill the saved passwords anymore when going to a website. How come Firefox/Mozilla keeps changing these essential things?? It makes it very much so less productive.

I've included a screenshot of what I get when clikcing on the Password tab. The information displayed in this wcreen also does not work. Clicking on Sync, does just nothing, just showing Sync in grey... Clicking on Login above just show this screen screen again. Useless.

I just started getting a message saying Facebook was breached back in 2023. Never got any message prior to this week. Situation is: I moved to a new city and can no longer see ANY of my passwords saved on Firefox. It's basically saying I have to change them ALL! Even if I tried, it's required to know the previous password to change the password on many, if not ALL the account passwords. The message says I was breached, but I wasn't. FIX IT PLEASE!!!

Firefox recently started asking for a profile when I tried opening a link from email but, not having a profile, I ignored it. If I copied the link into my firefox browser (already open) I could see the link contents, i.e. page(s) opened. Since then I have closed Firefox and now get asked about a profile and have tried using original and creating a new one. We have, unfortunately, reinstalled firefox so this is now more complex. At present, whether I login to Mozilla account or not, my passwords, history etc are no longer on my laptop, despite supposedly being connected. Firefox on my phone is currently the only source of my passwords etc, which is not good as I cannot export from there!

Can I restore this info somehow? We've tried a few suggestions found on the web, but no good yet.

Has something changed recently? My husband got the same profile request on opening Firefox but it worked when he selected use original/default profile.

Hi, I just installed the latest update today and all my bookmarks disappeared and I can't find them to restore. I have a newer computer with windows 11 installed. Just wondering how to get them back. Dave

I use FF 146.0.1 64-bit on MacOs Sonoma.

I experience this weird FF behaviour. I usually keep FF open all the time. After a while, days, maybe weeks, some UI elements start flashing when I hover the mouse above them. As an example, I use the whatsapp web UI. When this happens, I cannot click anymore on the emoji icon (on the right side of the message) to add an emoji icon to a message because that icon is flashing like crazy when I hover the mouse above it, and when I click the mouse I cannot hit it. Refreshing the page doesn't fix it. What I usually do is I restart the browser and then it gets its brains back.

I am just curious if any of you experienced this. It starts to become annoying.

Background is a little complex. We have been running Win 10 under the ESU, My wife had her box unintentionally do a Win 11 update. She then started a backup which then looked like it would take days, so she aborted it after a while and ran the procedure to revert to Win 10, which then completed successfully. I think she then rebooted and opened Firefox and all her prior windows were there and working, After a while they got slower and slower, so she closed Firefox, might have rebooted and restarted Firefox. She now has 37 windows that are all completely blank. There is a New Tab tab and now URL in any window,

Is there any way that would likely recover all those open windows? Or, at least the URLs of all the tabs?
