Hi Helpful People. I scanned the QR code to continue the two part authentication of my account. When I opened it all I received was an inappropriate ad. When I tried again I went to someone trying to scam me about security. I am using this forum to tell someone this happened. Thank you.

Mozilla has asked me to 'approve a sign-on'. They've sent me an Authorisation Code but I don't know how to approve the sign-on. What do I need to do, please.

Hi, I am failing to access two of my yahoo mail accounts.

I am using Fire fox as my browser and Yahoo as my home page.

I have one other yahoo account which doesn't use two step signing in (where they send a code to my Android phone). This I can access.

I see there are a lot of people on the Internet suffering the same thing. What is the answer; if there is any.

I have tried most of the suggestions. I can't email them (can't find their address) or phone them (number don't work).

There are premium numbers. Is this the way it is going? If it is; if I can get my emails back, I think I will leave them.

No point emailing me. I can't get in.

Please Help; help; help, Ahhhhhh!

Good morning I got problems with my account because I sold my old phone and forgot change Authentication but I have access to Email can you can help me restore access to my account?

Hi I have my recovery key under the email and wish to reactivate the account. I can’t receive the two factor authentication email to be able to get to the place where I input the key. Thank.

The best would be to recover additional backup codes but the address [ https://g.co/2sv doesn't do the job.

I cannot log in to iCloud.com, even after setting a popup block exception. When I click on the "go" arrow after entering password, I get a notice on my iPhone to allow access. After I approve, I get a 6-digit verification code on the iPhone. But no popup window appears on the Firefox tab, so I can enter the code. Any suggestions?

So i've lost access to my email on. my old mozilla accounts and upon logging in on a new device im being asked for a code to the email which i don't have access to anymore is there a way that my info can be synced to a new one. Thanks

I cannot receive confirmation codes from yahoo to access my emails. I have tried everything else and have been advised to check with my browser (Firefox).

I arrive at 'Enter verification code' and given 3 options; I use 'Text' via my Android phone. I don't do social networks.

It has been working grand up until the last 3 weeks or there about.

I have very important emails waiting and it is all driving me crazy.

I cannot access Yahoo help; it seems I have to log in which I cannot because I need to receive these codes to log in.

Can anyone help? Personally I think it should be Mozilla but again I seem to be going around in circles. And I cannot receive emails as the check box states ..... Email me when someone answers the thread.

I cant setup my 2FA every time Im at the end of the process where I need to add one of my security keys it just crashed with note that my time of the device is not corrent or whatever. Why, how, what does my time has to do with anythin? Nepodařilo se zapnout dvoufázové ověřování. Tried like 25 times with different autenticators. Is it like broken or what is happening?

For a while already (week or 2) i'm trying to activate 2FA on my account, but i always get the following error

"There was a problem enabling two-step authentication. Check that your device's clock is set to update automatically and start over."

I tried it on multiple laptops (all macbooks) with and without VPN and on an iPhone, but the error is the same everywhere.

The error shows in the final steps, after i downloaded and entered a security code. It brings me back to the account page with the error

I'm unable to setup my Two-step authentication on my account. Everytime i do it i do the following steps:

Click to add Two-step authentication Scan the QR code with Ente Enter the code that is generated Download and copy the backup code Enter the copy code

Then i get the following message: "There was a problem enabling two-step authentication. Check that your device’s clock is set to update automatically and start over."

Must have done this like 5 times now and it's always the same. I have checked that the clock it set to automatic. I have tried 3 different computers and 1 phone, it's always the same.

What can i do about this?

I was trying to setup 2FA on my Mozilla account on Firefox pc browser (140 version). The process completes without issues with Aegis authenticator app, I download the backup codes and I even get the email confirming the recovery phone number was added. On the Mozilla accounts page 2FA turns to enabled. (I'm on Windows11 with latest Firefox browser version)

However after a simple refresh, it turns back to disabled. I repeated the process and same thing happens. Same even on Firefox Android. What could be the issue here?

Yes Im on the right timezone, updated on auto sync and have tried multiple 2FA apps.

I cannot access an account anymore due to the fact that I lost access to 2FA. I kindly request that account to be deleted.
