I have: Firefox 102.0 (dark mode)

OS: - Win10, 64-bit (20H2 up to date)

addons: - Adblock Plus - uBlock Origing - Concent Blocker - Video DownloadHelper

In the last days I couldn't create shortcuts on SOME pages with drag and drop as I did usually. Today I formated the PC to start fresh, the problem remains!

examples: - https://flogarecords.com/store/shop/lp-mlp/sakis-tolis-among-the-fires-of-hell-lp-red-white-haze-exclusive/ When I try to create a shortcut with drag&drop a folder is created named: "SAKIS TOLIS - AMONG THE FIRES OF HELL LP (RED" And the shortcut is included inside.

- https://www.pronews.gr/amyna-asfaleia/politiki-prostasia/kolasi-sto-porto-germeno-ekkenonetai-o-mytikas/ When I try to create a shortcut with drag&drop a white file is created named: "Κόλαση στο Πόρτο Γερμενό" With size "0 byte", without extention.

The above are happening in SOME pages, not in all shortcuts. When I try to create the shortcuts on Opera they are created just fine. Perhaps that has to do with a bug in some update (windows or firfox)

I enjoy Firefox browser, but this morning I found that my add on/ extensions do not work and I found that if I try to add any extension recommended by Firefox I get the message " this cannot be installed the file is corrupt", I don't understand. I have tried a refresh, I have went to the fixes in about.config and no matter this situation doesn't change. please advise. I cant include a screenshot because it will not work.

Gmail freezes & keeps trying to connect. All other sites work & there is no problem with internet connection or speed. Refreshing the tab does not help. I have to close and restart Firefox. I've tried disabling all extensions but as this only happens once every day or so it is difficult to troubleshoot. I have these extensions: AdBlocker Ultimate; Copy Page Address; Copy PlainText; DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials; Enhancer for YouTube; Google Page Translate; Reverse Google Image Search; Tab Mix - Links; Wikipedia-En; YouTube search engine. I RECENTLY JOINED FANSLY AS A FAN FOLLOWER AND SUBSCRIBER- IN ORDER TO LOGIN IN I SEARCHED FOR IT ON DUCK DUCK GO , BUT I I MISSSPELLED IT ,FANSLEY THEN IT CORRECTED TO SITE LOGIN IN WITH THE CORRECT ONE , BUT I READ THROUGH THE PAGE TO FIND THIS QUERY... WHICH I CAN ATTACH BECAUSE I TOOK A SCREEN SHOT , I AM NOT SURE WHAT OR WHO TO TRUST

I believe my IP address has been tagged as a bot. The issue listed below happens when using both Mozilla and Google Chrome browsers. Here's my story... I'm not very savvy at purchasing tickets through second-party websites. My troubles may have begun when I forwarded the initial email to my daughter to claim the ticket barcodes; she's the person I purchased the tickets for as a gift.

• She did try to collect the tickets through my forwarded email and was directed to the original seller's website. I did list her email address as the owner of the tickets. She did receive an email asking if she would like to finish the purchase.
• As my daughter was reading this email, I was trying to pay for the tickets through PayPal, but the transaction did not go through as I had expected.
• I then went back to TicketNetwork.com and canceled the tickets. This time, I used my email address as the address to send the ticketing information.
• Then, I returned to TicketNetwork.com and repurchased the same group of tickets using my PayPal account. This time after checking PayPal, the transaction did go through.

While trying to purchase concert tickets through TicketNetwork.com and then being directed to Ticketmaster.com, and somewhere while trying to retrieve three tickets at Ticketmaster.com, this is what pops up on the screen: "Pardon the Interruption As you were browsing, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

    You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.     You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser     A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript is preventing JavaScript from running."

After looking into the JavaScript running on my laptop, the program is stilled installed. I did not find Ghostery or NoScript installed within the system.

A friend suggested that my IP address has been tagged as a bot because of the several attempts to retrieve the concert tickets through my daughter's and my email address. Another red flag may have been that both of us attempted to claim the tickets at TicketNetwork.com and followed Ticketmaster.com within a relatively short period.

My tale has ended, to the best of my recollection. Can you help me eliminate this IP bot with the above information? Many thanks, Mary

In the last couple of days I cannot log into Twitter in Firefox. I get a message that something is wrong "but don't fret, it is not your fault". When I hit Refresh, it works, but only once. What is wrong? I have the latest Firefox version. Thanks

On a website I regularly visit Firefox does not know what to do with an mp3 link and will not prompt for an action.

How can I add MP3 to application list?

Couldn't open Firefox XPCOM error.

Downloaded Firefox again and I now have Firefox in OS/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox (which doesn't work - XPCOM error) and a second version in OS/Program Files (x86) which works but has lost all my bookmarks and passwords.

How can I fix this please.

This last update for Firefox was a bust! It has totally rerouted where my downloads go, changed all my settings! How do I go back to the prior version of Firefox? This has really affected my productivity. I need someone from support to answer this question, and I see I'm not the only one with issues.

I'm using Firefox 102.0. When I'm in Facebook and I scroll to the bottom of the page and Facebook pushes more content, instead of staying where it is the browser keeps jumping to the bottom of the page by itself, uncontrollably. how can I stop this behavior.

Lately, when I try to create a desktop shortcut from the Github website, it instead create a folder, with the correct title of the page, and what looks like a link inside, with an abbreviated website name, but is not a shortcut at all.

Example: Try dragging the address bar padlock from this page to your desktop

Same thing happens when I try to drag its bookmark to the desktop.

Creating the shortcut from Chrome works properly, so I assume this is a Firefox problem.

I'm viewing a webpage that has several links. When printing the webpage to pdf using Firefox, the links magically display their full URLs, blocking the contents of the page. How can this be prevented? This does not happen when using MS Edge. Please see the attached screenshot. The top image is from a pdf printed using Firefox, and the bottom is from a pdf printed using MS Edge. 91.8.0esr (64-bit)

I noticed during a firmware download with the file extension .DAT that Firefox removed the extension. The file was not recognizable during an attempted firmware upgrade afterward. This is a new issue occurring sometime in the past several months, since last firmware update. Firefox preferences are set to download .DAT files. No other settings are listed for that file extension. I verified the issue points toward Firefox by checking the download with another web browser which completed the download with the extension.

1st off thanks for creating a web that is open and free and all the amazing and great work you guys do!!!! I appreciate your work and organization.

My suggestion is I like to have firefox able to have my banking details readily available. Meaning I like to add my banking info from my 3 banks and paypal acc directly into Firefox. I am always paying for items through firefox web browser, and have to keep adding in my details to the website that I am buying from. e.g I will have to get my wallet and take out my card add the 16 digit number and the cvv & I got to make sure those number are correct. This is a lot of work to keep on doing every time I need to buy something its ridiculous!! It be cool to directly access my funds from my firefox browser and have direct access to my banking portal. I sure there will be a lot of issues with privacy, but I'm sure you guys can make this happen in some way.

Hi, Firefox does not work properly when it comes to displaying clicks in choosing boxes on a web form. How can I see what I’ve clicked on when entering info with Firefox? I'm on v 102. Thanks, Stefan ps. not even the email notification box at the bottom of this form shows up when I clicked on it!

I haven't been able to log into my credit card account in several months. I have spent much time on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue. They are no help. Is there anything that would relate to firefox that would be causing this problem?

In Amazon.co.uk, when I tried to remove items for view option, the option is not working. I tried with Safari and it works?? so is it a bug with firefox or amazon, but then again why aill it work with other browser....
