My account has my primary email and it used to have my secondary email connected as well. I now want to create a new account with the secondary email so I can have another profile, so I deleted my secondary email from the manage accounts on my primary email. I ensured that this says it is removed on all devices and it is. But when I try to create a new account with that secondary email, I keep getting the error that I need to sign in my primary email and I am taken back to my profile with my primary email.

How can I fully detach my secondary email so that I can make a new account with it?

What goes wrong with a simple tracking request on the UPS website? Yritä myöhemmin uudelleen." A quick and dirty translation is: "We cannot execute your request right now. Try again later".

This is an everlasting problem. But try the exactly same link on Chrome or Edge, and it works fine.

After years of opening Outlook/Hotmail from my bookmarks or by entering the address, suddenly five days ago I can’t. All I get is a blank page with the address in the address bar (image attached). Using the same address, I can open it in MS Edge and Norton Private Browser, which has all of the Firefox bookmarks. I’ve spoken with Norton help, thinking that their program caused this, but they couldn’t solve it. Thank you

I am getting consistent issues with Firefox where the tabs seemingly just crash with no rhyme or reason to them. Could be within a few seconds, could be after a few minutes. Doesn't seem to be one website causing it either as I was worried it was Twitch but I get issues browsing other places too. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there! I find the new sidebar (on the left for me) a great addition but is there a way to reverse the "top to bottom" tabs displaying order?

Not a way to move tabs, but a setting allowing, when opening a new tab (Ctrl+t), to place (and display) the icon on top of the tabs icons pile, not at the bottom.

I get that it's the opposite of the normal reading direction, but it's rather unnatural to go looking at the bottom of the screen for recently opened tabs, IMHO.

Thanks in advance if you can address this, or show me where I can find such setting.

Hi, I always prefer using DuckDuckGo.com because they are totally private but use it together with Mozilla as my browser, would I still be able to do that?

Problem: Cannot clear history from Firefix Started with Menu and clear recent history. Looked everyplace there was information about history. Tried removing individual entries. Ran Malwarebytes. Dell XPS 8960 with Windows 11 less than one year old. No response with any steps I take. Also, there are no error messages. I am unable to clear history no matter which tools I use. No error messages. All the suggestions I tried had no effect. Used Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox.

Oddly, I tried my older Dell Inspiron 3650, with Windows 10, and clear history works like it should.

No improvement. I can't sign in to TikTok anymore. This just happened recently. I can sign in on different browsers or on incognito browser but not on the regular browser. I have deleted all the cookies/browsing history and it still doesn't sign me in. There must have been something that was added or downloaded/Updated in the past week because this just started happening yesterday. Please help...

Getting too many scams sent to computer and phone. How do I block these unauthorized UPLs from getting on my computer? There a no three dots on the right side of my Firefox to get the menu to enter Options and proceed to drop down menu to hit Block. What am I doing wrong?

On windows 10, I had my history setup perfectly. I had it where it saved all of my stuff all the time and I could go back and check anything on any day. When I use Firefox every day, I often encounter the situation where the vertical tab cannot be automatically expanded when the mouse is moved over it. Hello. Firstly I have NO troubles accessing the internet via Firefox (my Default browser). My problem is that none of my "saved" websites (including those appearing on the Bookmarks Toolbar) will open on the internet when I click on them. If I type the internet address into the address bar, the site opens as normal. I do not have this problem if I use Chrome. The problem only commenced today following an update by Norton via Norton 360. I have attempted all the suggestions that Norton have supplied other than re-installing Firefox - and none of their suggestions have solved my predicament. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated to fix this most annoying problem. Thank you, Ron.
