Dear Support Team,

Ever since updating Firefox to the most recent version my pause/play button does not work with tabs open. (like youtube, spotify(browser) etc.)

I tested for mechanical issues, but those do not seem to be the issue, as the key itself work perfectly fine. Different apps (like netflix, and spotify(desktop)) do not have this issue.

If you require any additional information in regards to this inquiry don't hesitate to ask.

I can't get open tabs to sync from my other computer. Bookmarks synced and other info but I don't see anything about tabs from other devices. I've synced both ends, both are logged in and I've selected open tabs in both. Nothing,

The comment section on various sites is no longer displaying, The Federalist, Townhall, Pjmedia, Hotair, Redstate. All use disqus.com. Settings under privacy and security set to standard. Manage exceptions list all these, including disqus. Turned off, restarted, reloaded sites (not from bookmarks). Works on Edge but not Firefox. Do I just discontinue using Firefox and be done with this? Just checked Firefox for updates-says mine is up-to-date, version 136.0.2.

Yahoo and facebook are not recognizing my device and always ask for me to sign in with 2FA...Facebook asked if I want this to be a trusted device - I select Yes and next time I log in, password and text code....Yahoo Mail the same...asking for 2FA. I did not ask to be cut on and cannot turn off!!!!

I have Firefox version 136.0.2. I think it was quite recently updated. The right click menu is broken. The choice list is much longer, and the choices "open link in new tab" and "copy link" (ones I tried) do not work. This only started happening this morning. Right click works fine in Chrome. I changed my language from Arabic and back, and now I see a little line attached to my cursor within all web pages that I visit, that I believe was added as a result of my language change to Arabic and then back. I have attached screenshots of what a normal cursor looks like vs what my cursor in firefox looks like now. I have not had this happen before today when I have switched between languages in the past. It looks normal within the Firefox address bar, but not within text boxes within web pages.

My current language settings are set to US English, but I keep the others as alternates to switch back and forth between.

I have FullShot 10 which used to show my extra buttons in the FF toolbar. A few updates ago these buttons have disappeared from FF which is really inconvenient. Those buttons still appear in MSFT Edge. I cannot take a screen capture because taking a screen shot automatically makes the FS10 buttons disappear. FF10 is not add-on to FF, it is just a regular program to easy capture graphical screen information. FS10 has not been updated/altered in any way since its installation

Videos on Bluesky have never appeared for me, instead they all say "Your browser does not support the video format. Please try a different browser." This seems to happen regardless of the video source.

The problem is that when I tried opening gmail in my ubuntu, it is stuck at loading page, but other browsers like edge can open it without any problem (on the same system).

I tried every thing I can in the support forum of gmail/mozilla/others, but it's still stuck at loading.

I want to open this URL: https://compatibility.plantronics.com/deskphone Firefox 136.0.1 tells me: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE

The same URL opens in Chrome and shows no sign of a security problem, as far as I can see (Chrome info attached).

What could be the cause? Firefox being to strict or Chrome just too relaxed?

I have been using Linkman for over 15 years and have a very large collection of bookmarks. Is there anyway to enable it? I'd hate abandon Firebox as I do need this extension please help.

I was on YouTube and in the upper right hand corner there was a small splash screen that said Activated with words underneath. It did not show but a couple of seconds so I couldn't read what activated.

I did not change anything. How do I find out what happened? I don't see you offer any logs.

PS I don't know if it was YouTube or not Firefox. But I have never seen it before.

It was rectangle with cream white background, black font, Activated was in large font, under it was smaller font. It covered the hamburger and 3 of the icons in your toolbar. It was half on the viewable window page (YouTube) and half over your icons.

Why do numbers appear next to some of my shortcuts on my Firefox shortcuts home page? See attached. I only have one tab or window open and this number (5) has incremented over time.

in settings Homepage and new windows use custom urls, current urls doesn't include Pinned tabs. Windows updated and when firefox was restored two windows were opened, one was blank and the other opened old home page settings but did not reopen all my pinned tabs, gmail, yahoo mail,and some other tabs I plnned, there are 5 of them and several regular tabs I had open before and most of them did not show up in history. Pinned tabs do not get included in use custom urls for the home pages. Also for several days my roboform bar would not show up, roboform said no open browers to attach to when firefox was open.

The small green dot in the upper right that notifies me of a pending update is gone, since several months. When I navigate to About Firefox, or in the settings, I can see that a new version is available and it lets me install the update. But I miss being able to see the notification.

Did I disable some setting by mistake? Auto-updates should be turned on as far as I know.
