A leak was detected on my account then Mozilla locked it. Every passwords were changed as I still got an "Email just returned" error upon trying to sign in, and now I end up with an "Unexpected error".

And to make sure that this has nothing to do with the plugins I have on my pc installation, I tried signing in on mobile phone as well. Same issue.

When I open the Mozilla VPN window I am met with the "Get Started" page. I click the "Get Started" button and sign in. When I get to the "Signed in successfully!" page, it tells me to open the Mozilla VPN window again (it does this for me) and to turn it on and all that. However, when the window is opened again, I am met with the same "Get Started" page from the beginning, leaving me in the endless loop of logging in. I am running a fully updated Windows 11. Could it be an extension I have?

Please can someone be kind enough to assist me. I cannot seem to log in as normal and therefore cannot get my emails and therefore are not able not reply to them.

I posted the following on facebook yesterday, I feel as if something changed in my Firefox settings as this only started about 2 months ago. 2 factor Authentication is shut off in facebook. "Can anyone tell me how to shut this off? Everytime I log onto FB from my computer I get this screen. 2-factor authorization wants to send a code to my cell phone. There's got to be a way to turn it off. I am using Windows 11 pro with Firefox as a browser."

Any thoughts?

I have used Firefox for many years and have occasionally had log in problems, but never as long as this one. I have been trying to log in to www.homedepot.com for more than two weeks and when I try, nothing happens. Home Depot says it is a Firefox problem....can you help. I have cleared cache and cookies and still have the same problem.

I got a popup asking me to sign in to google to make sure it was me. My PW didn’t work. I made another one and I got a popup asking me to allow or deny the following: Allow Mozilla to Read, compose, send and permanently delete all your email from Google, See, edit, download and permanently delete your contacts, See, edit, share and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar. By clicking Allow, you allow this app to use your information in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. You can change this and other account permissions at any time. I haven’t been able to get any emails after I pressed Deny. It’s been several days. HELP!!! Is this a scam???
