After a recent update, all the functionalities in the menu bar be it the add-ons drop down menu,the downloads section and the open application menu run in light-mode in my otherwise dark configuration.They are an eyesore to open and work with,I've tried to tweak the settings and reinstall the themes but nothing helped.Any fixes?

The "Layout.css.page-size.enabled" configuration parameter = False ,worked effectively in previous versions, but after updating to Firefox 119.0, it no longer works whether I set it to True or False.

Orientation option is missing when I try to print documents from a website. The Firefox Print Preview window, which usually allows orientation choices for printing, is now not available.

Built in PDF reader is showing blank and then prompting to close firefox -

Please help I am support a company who are really big on Firefox and love the built in PDF reader feature but recently when they open files they show blank and you ar then requested to close Firefox.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

He has the latest version of Firefox from today I can see there was an update 2 days ago and there where some new features on the reader could this be the reason?

I was using Ad blocker extenstion and youtube videos stopped working, so I deleted the extension and still have the same problem and youtube videos doesn't play and give me warning messages what can I do,

Anything I open in documents, or pictures If I right click the Firefox Icon in my task bar it shows all recently entered. How do I stop this? I don't want this showing or saved.

When viewing any YouTube HDR videos they appeared washed out. This problem only occurs in Firefox. I've checked the same videos in Safari and Chrome and they look fine. I'm using version 119.0 (64-bit) on a Mac running Ventura 13.4. No extensions are installed in Firefox.

Any help in solving this would be much appreciated :)

Recently, in the past month or so, I have been having issues with my VPN addon Private Internet Access, my email provider Shortwave, and loading numerous websites. I tried troubleshooting it for a few weeks individually but it took a full Firefox refresh last week to get things working again. And it took only another week for everything to stop working again. The images in my emails are no longer loading (same issue as before), but they load in Gmail and I can download the emails properly, my VPN addon crashes and can't stay logged in same as before, and websites such as Nextdoor (I hate the drama but love the free goods) won't load the items for sale same as before.

I don't want to have to refresh every week, especially since I this is the computer I use for work and the amount of things I have to log back into is insane.

like the subject says the video on disney plus is very choppy/blurry/not 4k like it should be can u guys look into it? the video is blocky and blurry on firefox but not on chrome for some reason and id like to fix it soon

I'm seeking help because sound is not working on Firefox. All other software are able to produce sound on every speaker and headphones I have. The speaker logo does not appear in tabs were videos or music is playing and firefox doesn't show up in EarTrumpet. It does show in the volume mixer but no bar appears to show it is displaying sound while media is playing.

I'm running : Firefox version 119.0 64 bits Windows 10 64 bits version 22h2, OS build 19045.3570

I've tried :

1. Restarting Firefox
2. Muting/Unmuting Firefox in the volume mixer, in firefox tabs too
3. Downgrading to version 118.02 32 bits
4. Uninstalling all my audio drivers followed by a restart (they got re installed but no change for Firefox)
5. Restarting Firefox with all addons disabled

I'm running out of solutions.

I am using Tor nowadays because I get a trojan horse or other possible threats, every time using Firefox. I use ClamTk on my HP computer with Linux Mint 21.1 installed.

These are the 3 files that usually turn up after a full scan with ClamTk:

Mozilla Firefox PUA.Win.Trojan.Xored-1 Mozilla Firefox PUA.Html.Exploit.CVE_2012_ Mozilla Firefox PUA.win.Exploit.CVE_2012_none

I found out when my website turned out to be hacked, so I installed the ClamTk virus scanner.

Just to let you know so you might find a solution.

get663.com Loads randomly on the browser. I delete it and it returns on a random basis. Is there a way to prevent it reinstalling? I have to remove it 10-15 times a day. Thanks, Andy W.

The screenshot below shows exactly what happened to me yesterday when I was prompted by your Firefox pop-up window to update as I have done many times before without incident. Two minutes after clicking on the update request a pop-up window came on my screen with what appeared to be from Microsoft Tech dept. It had a warning message that my computer may have been hacked and a phone number that I must call. I had no choice then to call the number as my computer was frozen/locked. In addition, now my Norton software is suggesting I no longer have "internet Security" which would always say '"Firefox secured'"??? please help me understand why my internet is no longer secured by Firefox? Trying to retire the Google surveillance tool, Chrome, by using Firefox. Ugh, if y'all want to encourage this someone should really look at how this is done!

I got bookmarks moved and prefs setup. Importing extensions is really nice--thanks FF devs--but a feature of Chrome I use every day is the set of icons on the new tab/home page/startup page. It is super easy to customize on Chrome but I can find no way to do so in Firefox. These icons have no label on the page and are right under the search bar--see image.

I have spent most of the morning following unhelpful links about android or mentioning menu options that do not exist. I am using FF 119 on macOS.

Every birthday I reset my pc too have a nice fresh start. well today I reset my pc and I went to login in and the password is wrong I don't know why it is but it is. I did sign in through google and that worked but it wont let me get back all my stuff without the password (even though im signed in through google?) please help

I am having an issue with a work site where the content is not being displayed correctly. This site uses microsoft single sign-on with my corporate account and it seems that this is where it breaks, as I am finding errors that point in that direction: GET https://autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com/softtek.com/winauth/sso?client-request-id=xxxx POST https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/instrumentation/dssostatus Result: NS_BINDING_ABORTED

When I open the same site using Edge (sorry:) it works correctly. The issue is that I do not have control over that website and I use it to enter some work information and I haven't found a way to work around it. I have disabled DNS over HTTPS, HTTPS only mode, Deceptive content protection, allowed single sign-on for microsoft, deleted cookies, etc and nothing seems to work. I hope this gets looked into as it is really an issue that might affect everyone not only at my workplace but others that may use similar functionality. Thank you.
