Hi ! I'm a long term user of the "Firefox" browser. My Firefox User Nº is : 14634487 I'm also an existing long term user of both "NordVPN" and "NordPass".

When logging in to "Nordpass" this morning on my (new) MacBook Pro, I received a message in the App window stating that they were "ending support for my extension on 30th of September" and inviting me to "get the latest extension to continue using NordPass in a browser"

So, I bought a 2 year subscription for the extension 'NordPass Premium for Firefox'. Nordpass has acknowledged this by email: Quote : "Thank you for your purchase Here are the details of your order. Item  : NordPass: 2-year subscription Price : £29.43/2 years VAT 20% - £5.89 Total: £35.32/2 years"

In a 'Welcome' email sent by NordPass, I clicked on "Download NordPass which opened a Firefox 'Add-Ons' web-page for downloading the app named "NordPass Password Manager and Digital Vault" - but the only functioning button was 'REMOVE' ! I tried to 'Log In' at the top right corner of the page but I then became stuck in a continuous loop of picture identifications to prove I was not a robot ! It just went on and on ! I abandoned it for a while and, when I returned, the 'Robot check was gone but all my attempts to get the extension have failed ! I can't for the life of me find ANY means of downloading and installing the extension I've PAID FOR !

Whether this is all owing to a fault on the "NordPass" side or in the "Firefox" browser side is a mystery to me. Either way, I'm sending this message to BOTH.

I've now given up trying to do it unaided. PLEASE, could someone advise me how I can get my extension !! If this isn't resolved quickly, I'll seek to have a refund of my £35.32 and will have seriously to consider leaving both "NordVPN" and "NordPass" and/or defecting from "Firefox" to the "Safari" browser.

I have installed Thunderbird on a new PC desktop running Windows 11, copied all the server settings from my Mac laptop that are working correctly, yet i keep getting an error message that "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account". My ISP will not provide detect support for your client, a "third party provider". What do I need to do?

I have a new computer and I want to reinstall my previous FIREFOX browser that has all of my bookmarks with it. I know my password and I have a recovery key. I need simple directions on how to reinstall and how do I make sure I have my bookmarks? Also, on my last FIREFOX browser,when I opened it I had FOX NEWS that appeared. I need to know how to have FOX NEWS come up when I launch FIREFOX. I would really appreciate your help.

Dzień dobry, Napotkałem dzisiaj dziwny problem. Nie wiem od czego on zależy, ale to mało istotne, najbardziej zależy mi na przywróceniu zakładek. Już raz miałem podobny problem, ale przymknąłem na to oko i zacząłem ustawiać wszystko od nowa i machnąłem ręką na zakładki. Teraz po raz kolejny mam ten sam problem. Włączyłem laptopa (był w uśpieniu), miał już włączoną przeglądarkę i jakieś dwie karty (nic nadzwyczajnego), chciałem jeszcze coś wyszukać otworzyłem więc nową kartę, wpisałem co tam chciałem w pasku wyszukiwania i nic... ładuje się bez końca, włączam kolejną kartę i to samo po wpisaniu czegoś innego. Wróciłem na te pierwsze dwie karty otworzone już wcześniej, one działały normalnie. Więc sobie pomyślałem że jak wyłączę przeglądarkę i włączę ponownie to zadziała... Nic bardziej mylnego. Wyłączyłem, i klikam tam gdzie zawsze włączam żeby ją uruchomić. Wyskakuje błąd że skrót jest w innym miejscu czy coś takiego. Na pulpicie jest jakby plik podpisany jako Firefox ale bez ikonki (jest tylko ikona pustej kartki), na pasku zadań już ikonka była ale błąd ten sam. Wpisałem więc w pasku zadań Firefox wyskoczył mi instalator, zainstalowałem ponownie, i przeglądarka w tym momencie działa ale nie mam wcześniejszych zakładek. Zalogowałem się na konto Firefox ale przywróciło mi jakieś bardzo stare zakładki (nie te co miałem ostatnio). Proszę o pomoc w przywróceniu tych zakładek które miałem jeszcze kilka godzin temu, oraz ewentualnie o wyjaśnienie przyczyny takiego problemu.bold text

Hi there. I wanted to add Block site extension to my Firefox browser on iPad. Is this possible? It keeps asking me to download Firefox which I am already using. If I try to download it again it won’t complete so it seems impossible to do this. With thanks. Col.

After upgrading my Mac to Sonoma, Firefox quit working. It gets stuck on checking for updates. I have searched the web for answers and I have:

Changed my proxy settings - made no difference Opened in trouble shooting mode - no difference Deleted all cache etc - no difference Re-installed Firefox - no difference Set up a new profile (multiple times) - no difference Reset Firefox (multiple times) - no difference Ran a check for Malware - none found A few other things - no difference Firefox has been my main browser for about 15 years and it is now useless. Please let me know if there is a fix. I hate using Safari but I have spent days on this.

I changed my hardware and reinstalled Firefox. I signed-in using the same google account but my search history and saved passwords are now lost. I need them back. What should i do?

After updating Firefox to version 130.0, the on-screen keyboard no longer opens in Windows tablet mode when you click on an input field. As we use Firefox on many terminal PCs, this is an important issue for us.

After today's W10 update, I'm getting an error on Firefox:

XULRunner: Error: Platform version 129.0.2 not compatible with

minVersion >= 128.0.2
maxVersion <=128.0.2

What do I do now? It's a Lenovo 64 bit machine.

i am not a computer knowledgeable person, as I am 84 years old, and do not understand or know how to make the changes that are constantly being made. Please help me make sure everything is set up correctly for the current rules and that the computer is secure, as I discuss monetary issues with many of my clients. When directions are offered, I often find it impossible to follow them, as whatever they tell me does not show up, or is not found on my screen. I have a relatively new computer, maybe a year old, so i am sure the problem is with me, and not the computer.

you just know we will find make add on or about config find how to remove disable your new crappy no good wasted effort weather you added all your new adding that ill just turn every update ability off in firefox not trust you will be posting these claims your updates not real junk way to add stupid things not needed waste effort ever make it let me be in charge there for one day ill fire every firefox builder had any part of making claim update really just adds junk just know ill check for firefox updates every 6 months otherwise be turned off you not trustworthy these actions may lose millions of firefox users may go different keep playing about updates update make browser go up in level not add new stuff like weather that unneeded unwanted waste of time to make it why make something added to new update let those things be if someone wants a addon for weather

I cannot print anything on my computer since this PDF Print appeared. Everything was going along as per normal, now this. How do I get it back to the "normal" situation for me. Receive an email, hit the print button and lo and behold a printed sheet, etc. It is driving me to distraction. I have been using FireFox since whenever, no problems. I'm not too computer savvy but enjoy its use like anyone else. Something I will be able to follow and implement. I have seen a delete article but couldn't get it to do anything for. I have just run the latest update to 130.01.

For some reason the update has errored FF and when I try and launch I get the the below error messages.

FF cannot load, not even in Safe Mode, so I am a bit stuck.

Does anyone have a solution to this please?

I have latest version of Firefox for Windows 10 and about 2 weeks ago the Last Pass extension from your website stopped loading correctly. The extension installs in the toolbar, but does not work. It partially loads and then freezes up. I was able to resolve by removing extension and then going to Last Pass's website and downloading their Last Pass 4.0. Your extension is messed up. Tom Weaver
