While opening any Google Drive folder, or by opening docs/sheets start page, none of the contents show up. In the bottom left corner there is an error: "The server has encountered an error. Please try again later." . No amount of "trying again later" works , but through trial and error (disabling modified settings in another profile) i found the culprit of this error message: in about:config setting called network.http.referer.spoofSource was set to true, setting it to false makes the issue i described above disappear.

While my issue is solved, I still don't understand why on every Firefox profile i create this setting is set to true, and whether changing it is a security concern

When I go to YouTube to watch videos the Vid's always stop after a short time. The refresh page and back buttons do not work and neither does the ability to click on any links on the page. I have to close the tab and start again. The issues still occur on new tabs. Eventually I have to close FireFox altogether but when I try to open FireFox again it does not work or takes a few minutes and sometimes the message Firefox is still running. At times I have had the sound of the videos, when they do play, from YouTube still playing even when the browser is closed.

Last night my machine updated itself but now I cannot access Facebook as it says I am using a browser version not supported by FB. I checked and my Firefox browser is indeed up to date. Have I been hacked or what?! Thanks. Geoff

im using firefox on windows11. youtube does not load and says no internet connection but other websites work fine. i tried syncing time udating the browser and checking DNS. Still not fixed. What else can i do

hello last few days this started.... been in dark mode for years now,,,, on utube trying to add a comment,,, the typing is blacked out so i cant see it until after its posted .. i can search on utube as the text comes out white ,, just while making a comment it is black on black and cant see what i am typing ,,, the comment when posted shows up as white on black .. hope thats easy to fix lol thanks mike

Hi all, Has something happened in the past few weeks. Accessing the Shopify editor is now no longer possible on Firefox. Tried the usual, clearing cache, incognito mode, the most updated version of Firefox installed etc. Does work in Chrome. Shopify support are not able to isolate the issue. Any ideas what the issue is? And how to fix it?

Lately , when accessing some sites , I have been getting a blank screen with a video ad for Pandora Jewelry in the upper left corner. It takes over the tab a few seconds after opening the site. Does not seem to affect most sites (yet). Did a virus scan and a Malwarebytes scan. Both came up clean. Cookies and cache were deleted and the system rebooted. No luck. Tried restarting FF without extensions with the same results. The screen does not allow a screen shot.

Anyone else seeing this? Any clues? I am using Windows 11 Pro.

When browsing on IMDb (see image attached) when I click on the "See All" button just above "Soundtrack" at the bottom of the image nothing happens. This should expand the list above it, in the case an actor's credits. I have NoScript 13.5.2 installed but all scripts are allowed here. I get this on all the IMDb pages.

Since the last update, Gmail has not been working correctly on Firefox. All of the buttons to the left of inbox emails that enable you to move, categorize, file, etc your emails have disappeared. I have tested my Gmail account on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers, and everything displays correctly. Please help. An image of the missing buttons is attached (well, since there aren't there, you're seeing a blank area of gray to the immediate left of my inbox [or any other folder] emails). Hello. I have a problem with Firefox since today. When I am on YouTube I no longer see the thumbnail image of the video. However, when I am in private browsing it works fine. How can I fix this? Regards, Julian.

bold text I am fed up with all this nonsense! I still can not respond to comments on my own blog. This is not good enough!!! It's taking far too long for this issue to be fixed.
