Suddenly to use Passwords list on Firefox Windows is demanding I sign into Windows, where previously I used the special "master" password I use only on Firefox. I want to disable this intrusion.

Dear support, I have 2 pcs and I need to enter sync password every time I open Firefox - start notebook. It works fine on the second pc and password is remembered. How to solve it? Sir I have a Phone number by which that account made i can provide you one time password which you will send to that number. My previous phone are broken but location are same i am still on same location with same phone number but without phone. So please verify my account and give me access to create new password By analyzing my phone number by which that account made . I repeat that this gmail account is a way to convey my appeal to you . Gmail which I Wana recover is made by same number of this account . And i have that number. So please help me I highly request you sir please 🙏

I have set a primary password, and it all works exactly as it should. But, when I first start firefox, if I type too quickly, my keystrokes find their way to the address bar, rather than the primary password entry pop-up. AFAICT this is because the address bar is automatically selected as the focus for typing at firefox startup.

This sometimes means I've put the first few characters of my password into a search. And with search completion, I worry that these characters get either recorded or worse sent over the Internet.

Is there any way to deselect the address bar before I've entered my primary password? I don't want single site browsing or such, just for either my keystrokes to be buffered and sent to the primary password pop-up, or for the keyboard to block until said pop-up appears.

The master password really needs a timeout setting unknown to me my computer was hacked I fell asleep with my Firefox browser open and they logged into my bank account the only reason I caught it was because I got a email stating I had logged in my bank account I was lucky I caught it fast and changed my bank password and removed the virus. Yes I know I should of logged off but I got side tracked and fell asleep. The timeout option on password managers are universal except for the Firefox password manager.

Prior to today, I've entered my [correct] Firefox primary password several times and it has always been accepted. It worked consistently right up until now, so what gives? And why aren't we simply allowed to reset our primary passwords, since all our browser settings, data, and personal preferences depend on accessing it via the primary password?

In short either send me a reset link, or instructions on how to reset my primary password.

As stated above, recently everytime I want to go to a sign in page on Firefox, a pop up asks me for my Mozilla password. I have to close the box and continue. Pls help!!!

When I open Firefox, the master pw window opens with data showing. I can x out of the window & continue. So my data is exposed to anyone who hacks into my desktop PC. WIN 11 64-bit. Please help.
