1. i believe ur updating crashes my window 11 desk top

 2. While i'm watching youtube, doing word processing (.txt) or when i set the PC to 'Sleep' mode,
     my screen either freezes w the display or turns black.  In both cases, my mouse and keyboard
     won't work.  Thus, i have to re-boot to fix.  Even Control-Alternate-Delete won't work to get out

 3.  Request not to keep on showing your pop-up window at top RH corner saying:

      Update Available

      Download the latest ...

     <Download> <Dismiss>

    Hey, either one of those two buttons won't stop blocking my top RH corner of the screen.  It's rediculous.
    Even after i hit <Download>, the same pop-up shows up again n again.  Same w <Dismiss>.

    Just remind me once per week.  And don't crash my PC!!!

4. There is no 'Community' info on this annoying update pop-up problem. Just stop it!

How do I change the time out to a longer time?

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. These pop up happen frequently one after the other. I appreciate any help solving this issue. Thank you, Tricia Hawkins

in FF 137.02 Win11Pro there is no reopen previous session option in the history menu, even though in settings, history, "firefox will" is set to remember history. We tried reinstalling FF. No luck.

Is there a way to reopen the previous session?

Has that feature been deleted?

Earlier today I reformatted my device but when I logged in to firefox I can only see my history is getting synced my bookmarks are empty, I've checked and bookmarks are check off and they should be synced. How do I get them to sync? It has worked fine in the past. Thanks.

I'm attempting to set up Firefox in a newly installed OS and have logged into my Sync account. Many aspects seem to be loaded in, but the status via the Settings is stuck at "Syncing..." despite waiting several hours. Quitting Firefox results in a crash window popping up.

There are no files in the weave/logs directory. The weave/failed directory has multiple json files; most almost completely empty. addons.json has an ID, but that's pretty much it.

Deleting the .mozilla directory and starting over yielded no change in behavior.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

there is no bookmark sidebar button at the right of the address bar

I am running firefox in 5 windows with at least 7 tabs each every time i exit, reopen of update it i have more that 35 Bookmark LEFT Side Bars to close IF i have the patience to close all of them WHICH NEVER HAPPENS... (this is happening since too long, I am pissed off...)

When you right-click on a window thumbnail, a menu should appear, but instead the window thumbnail just disappears. The screenshots show 1) a Firefox mini-window 2) a mini-window that just disappeared when you right-click 3) a mini-window of any other program 4) the menu that appeared is as it should be Otherwise the browser works absolutely fine for a long time. But this problem causes a lot of inconvenience because I have 2 monitors.

How do I remove "firefox browser being managed by your organisation" . I have looked at several posts and don't understand a word of it. I recently re-installed Firefox and lost all my passwords but still have bookmarks, every time I turn off firefox it forgets my account sign in, I then get an email to say I have signged in on a new device. I suspect it is the Norton 360 security software. Please can someone explain in simple terms how to remove it. I have tried contacting Norton but their support is worse than Microsoft.

I just downloaded firefox for the first time because Chrome disabled uBlocker. I have added uBlocker and 1Password as extensions, but neither of them are working on any webpage at all. I also can't pin extentions. I have restarted firefox and my computer several times. What do I do?

i do not want to reinvent my entire life with passwords you do not share with my previous search engine. please let me return to Safari, with Mozilla Firefox in the background.
