We have released a browser add-on that works with apps using NativeMessaging, but it stopped working after updating Firefox to v114 on Windows 10 (64bit). We have confirmed that it works up to v113.0.1. The browser add-on manifest is v2. In the Mac version using the same browser add-on, the application can be linked even after updating to v114. The behavior of the bug on Windows is similar to the behavior when NativeMessagingHosts is not written in the registry. Is there any information about solutions to problems or causes?

Can anyone finally explain to me how can I get rid of the most annoying Google pop up screen in my Mozilla browser? I am unable to find a straight answer, everyone is suggesting some sort of plugin that blocks popups but it didn't work for me.

Every few days I get a notification that Firefox will be quitting in 120 minutes. However, there is no option to tell Firefox not to do this. I checked my settings and couldn't find anything about this either. My settings also say that my version of Firefox is up to date, so Firefox is not restarting for an update. Is this happening for other people? How do I tell Firefox not to quit without my permission?

I can't change the language my websites are being displayed in. I changed every setting to english but websites like instagram and youtube are still showing in croatian (because I live in Croatia). I will attach a couple of pictures to prove it.

Usually when I start my browser for the first time, I have the Firefox homepage only. For two weeks ago, suddenly an extra tab show up when starting: A page with a commercial for installing "Avast Online Security & Privacy (Add to Firefox-button)".

I use Avast, but I don't want this add-on. And I certainly don't want that extra tab every time I start my pc.

I have three times searched for a solution all over in the Mozilla & Avast settings and on the net: I should go to "Add-ons and themes" - "Extensions" - and on the list "Manage Your Extensions" I should remove this add-on - but it's not there of course, because I didn't install it.

So how do I remove this tab from showing at start-up? (Google Search can't help) Appauling that someone put this tab on my pc in the first place. Both Avast and Mozilla have other ways to communicate with me about that add-on, if needed. Now I had to shut it down every day for two weeks, because I was way too busy to write you until now.

I've got a problem with add-ons while using Squid MITM Proxy with a custom certificate for Firefox/LibreWolf.

While I'm trying to update / install an extension / theme, it fails with:

How can I install an add-on while using the MITM proxy?

Video download helper is installed but icon is missing from toolbar and cannot be found where I'm told to look when I google the problem (i.e., view/toolbars/customize). Nor can I drag it to the toolbar from where I find it when I look under triple bar/addons and themes in the upper right corner of the toolbar. Where else should I look to find it?

I make themes for themes for firefox using firefox colors extension. I want to know how to change the text colour, background colour, etc of right click menus ( see image attached.
