Basically every time I try to play a video on Disney Plus, it will load for a few moments and then show me a black screen. I've tried updating, I've tried disabling and reenabling DRM, nothing helped. I'm using Zen Browser if that makes a difference.

What information that I can supply would be useful to help resolve the problem? I have seen the problem on both my old (ancient) Windows 10 desktop and new Windows 11 desktop. I have seen it on my Windows 11 desktop on version 129.0.2 and 130.0. I saw it first on the Windows 11 desktop as I am spending my time setting it up. But recently saw it on the Windows 10 desktop on 129.0.2. When I hover on a tab it highlights the tab (background lightens); but NO description or preview appears.
It works on both PCs when I first start Firefox.

Lately it refuses to open on first attempt - be it from a start menu link or double-clicking the shortcut on my desktop or trying to open a html file directly.

I had always been able to go to the Vidmax.com website. It now gives me the error: Server Not Found. I've gone through your support site and done clearing of history & cookies. I am unsure if it happened following an update, but I would suspect so. I am not tech savvy and unsure how to fix this. I clicked on the lock in the URL area and could see nothing that looked as if it was blocked. I am not sure how to fix this.

I tried disabling extensions, but it didn't help me. I came across this on two different PCs on Windows.

I thought I had solved this by adding the website to the "safe" list - I really cannot say how frustrating this is if I am being locked out of even safe sites. - This is a browser issue (I'm not that naive).
There is no real response from Moacilla(Firefox) here apart from throwing the Rulebbok at me and saying "Read!". I can only do so much Tune ups" and shut downs and ensure drives are functional. Please advise on the Browser Cache situation, rspecially as BBC iPlayer is added to the "Safe List" and yet still throws up the 400 Bad Gateway error message - an early reply would be useful.

The only two extensions that could possibly be responsible block tracking but do not say they block ad's. However, all I have to do is close the message box and all seems to work properly. Hello! Everything was fine until I briefly used a VPN extension for maximum 10 minutes (it's UrbanVPN), and when I returned to the tab with the youtube video on it, it had no sound (I've used this particular extention plenty of times, it's the first time this has happened, also I don't know if it has anything to do with the extension, I just thought I should mention it). Laptop is fine, all sound everywhere else works perfectly, except from any video played from the mozilla browser. I took some advice from online: I restarted the computer, I selected troubleshooting, I typed about:profiles and selected 'Restart normally', nothing has worked so far. The only thing I haven't done yet is disabling graphics hardware acceleration, an advice from mozilla support for a similar problem a person had 6 years ago (no sound on youtube), but I can't find where that is, maybe because I have the latest mozilla version. Could you help me?

Apparently there's a new PDF feature that shows up on the right in a sub-window whenever I try to view a PDF. "Now you can highlight your PDFs!" it screams. Unfortunately I can't use it nor can I get rid of all the "real estate" that it takes up. I'm using a fully-updated FF browser on an ASUS E410 with Win11 H23. I've tried every possible option to change the FF magnification or my screen size. NOTHING WORKS. Before this thing intruded my space for viewing PDFs or changing PDF forms, everything was fine. Since yesterday, it has been crashing after every 2-5 minutes; in troubleshooter mode as well...
I ran Windows RAM memory test, it turned out to be okay... I ran a Dell hardware test, it informed me that my fan is not working properly; though I doubt its the reason for my Firefox crashing
