How do I create a strong password with Mozilla's Password Manager when I'm not prompted by it to do so? And, also can it be used to generate a password for something that is outside of the browser?

Thanks in adavance.

alright having so many bloody sign in for everything i tend to track of what sign in i use for admin purposes... and the password manager is misaligned for stuff and it saves passwords all the time without logging the login...

so Mozilla is the I AM amd the aws is the root

I am a little off kelter...

Um, please forgive my verbal diarrhea, and I just want to get to the bottom of it

people manager has over 200 logins..

maybe some suggestions on taming the growing issue.

thanks

Wes

I exported the passwords from Firefox to a .CSV file. I brought the CSV file into Excel. The 3 rightmost columns are labelled timeCreated timeLastUsed timePasswordChanged. The contents appear to be 13 digit integers like 1459431833997 (in Firefox this shown as 'Mar 31, 2016').

Is there a way to have those a human-readable date fields?

literally what the [expletive] was the thought process in making it so that when u import all ur passwords from a csv it AUTOMATICALLY DELETES "DUPLICATES" WITHOUT CHECKING AT ALL WHICH ONE IS CORRECT. I use an independent password manager to store my passwords and prefer it over Firefox's because it has a highly customizable generator for creating new passwords. However whenever I am on a new site, Firefox pops up with a prompt to generate a secure new password (it appears as a drop-down from the item text box). My password manager also creates a pop up/drop down, but it is hidden behind Firefox's and I cannot access it. I need to be able to disable the secure password generator prompt. Please take a look at my excellently annotated screenshot, attached.

I have a new e-mail address, so I'm updating all the entries in my about:logins list of passwords. There are a couple of moz-extension entries with very long codes as part of the name. When I click on these in the left-hand column, it appears in the main part of the window where I can edit or remove it. For regular website entries I can click on the link to take me to the site, but with the moz-extension entries I can't do that. Can these be deleted? Thanks!

I cannot get into my accounts because I cannot receive a text with a code. My phone is held captive.

Please help me sign in to my hotmail (live) outlook account.

I have an appointment and need to access the patient portal.

Thank you!
