The full website link has /users/login, but when I checked the saved passwords, the link stops before the first /, its just websitename.com, instead of wesbsitename.com/users/login, and I suspect the full link not being save is whats causing it not to show up. Is there any way to brute force it to show up?

Whenever I'm on NPR's website listening to a radio program, I can't access any other websites on separate tabs or windows. (they simply won't 'load' or even acknowledge any commands)

I find this to be very strange.

If anyone can help with this minor quandary I would be grateful.

OS: W11Ent_x64 V: 22h2 (b: 22621.3447) FF: 124.0.2 x_64 I tried several "Group Tabs" add-ons, like: Simple Tab Groups. Tab Group. And I few I can't even recall the name from. Yet, none works. Not ONE.

Now, I use Edge as well, on my corporate system that I got from work. Personal PC I use FF on.

But, the Edge Tab Grouping, which allows tabs to be "put to Eco-Sleep", while hidden the open tabs by clicking the Group-Tab Icon, is a feature I sorely miss in Firefox.

Odd, as, so many requested this feature, how come it has not been implemented over the many years of people asking?

Either way: Does anyone know a good, WORKING add-on that does the "Edge Thing" with FF tabs, please? Since, I often got like 200 tabs open, which is a real misery without Tab Grouping and "Hiding".

Szukałam takiego czegoś w ustawieniach i firefox support, ale nie znalazłam nic co by pomogło w wyłączeniu blokady reklam. Czy mógłby mi ktoś pomóc i pokierować jak mogłabym wyłączyć blokadę reklam? Hi,

Some websites still managed to smuggle in popups despite all the blockings. I use as add-ons: privacy badger, no-script, ublock origin and recently tried popup blocker (strict) and even have the 'block pop-up windows' enabled. I also tried to fiddle around in ´about:config´ but nothing helps. I think it's a recent occurrence as I don't remember having this problem, let's say, a couple of months ago.

The funny thing is that this problem doesn't occur in opera-browser (in which I hardly use extensions).

The websites that this occurs are: arabicpost.net (a pop-up will occur about 10 sec after right-clicking a new tab). focus.de (a video pop-up will occur if there's a video in it). Again opera-browser blocks all of this. I expect there will be other websites to add in the future.

Whenever I get a link whether in an email from a verified sender or from using a site like Amazon, clicking on a link always results in "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." This has happened ever since loading the most recent version of Firefox (124.0.2) and it is very, very frustrating. What is causing this? Even in "safe" mode this occurs. Please rectify this situation. I do not want to have to change browsers after more than 20 years with Firefox.

remove ad blockers even though I already have removed them.

printer is not recognized as being online although my other devices don't have the problem. i use Firefox on all devices

been getting a printing error the last couple days this message "error occurred while printing". Printer then puts out partial page(s) then stops printing. been trying to print copies of tax forms ( 11 pages)?? page that print shows Firefox in top left corner of page. This morning, I was unable to log into Discord to watch a livestream because my hard drive was overfull and it was unable to install a mandatory update. Because this was a time sensitive issue, I wiped a bunch of crap off my drive as fast as I could, and I guess somehow I deleted my browser bookmarks because the field now shows as empty when I open Firefox. I was able to track down the backup file, but it throws an error when I tell it to restore. Is there anything I can do about this?

I have many tabs open at the same time and I'm noticing tabs from Urban Dictionary in particular are automatically changing to suspicious sites, quite a few porn sites in fact.

Is this something Urban Dictionary is doing to direct viewers to sponsors or is there a bug in my FF browser?

For one site I go to there is an internal menu where I should be able to scroll down. In Firefox, there is no option on the right side for me to scroll down...but in Chrome I have no problem. The owner of the website said it should work in Firefox but it's not. I have attached images from the 2 browsers. I have attached 2 screenshots. For Chrome you can see to the right of the numbers under the Acct # column that I can scroll down. But in Firefox I don't have that option to scroll down to see entries at the bottom of the list.

Help! How can I fix this so I can scroll down in Firefox for this sub-menu item?

Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

The page https://www.stardock.com/products/groupy/update opens during the loading of the OS background processes. I have looked up on the windows task manager, the about:config and haven't found anything related to this process.

I have 3 laptops all running windows 10 or 11. These all share a docking station giving access to an extended display, keyboard etc. All laptops run fine with the docking station except for one issue with the newest laptop... The screen resolution, only on firefox on the one laptop, (everything else is fine) is completly out of whack. I have tried the zoom function but no luck. I have trawled the internet but all the solutions are from 10+ years ago and refer to different versions of firefox and windows. I am not a computer geek so please dumb down any advice.

Some webpages, that I must log in to, are coming up blank, when I attempt to login. No error, just blank white page. Two examples are paypal and textfree. I have cleared everything I can think of or find on the internet. I have refreshed and restarted several times. This has all started int he last few weeks. The two sites mentioned are ones I really need access to. I am not sure if it is my machine or the browser.

Today I completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Since doing this, the taskbar icon is not the same as it has always been.

It used to be that if I pinned Firefox to the taskbar, I would click on it and the default Firefox window would open. When the mouse was right-clicked, the icon showed there was a choice of the default Firefox window and an option for a privacy window I could choose. I did that frequently.

Now if I pin Firefox to the taskbar there is no privacy window option. If I pin the private browser to the taskbar, this becomes the default window with options for the non-private default browser available with a right mouse click.

I would like to know how to pin the default Firefox window to the taskbar and have the private window option show up when that icon is clicked please.
