I have a macbook air laptop (late 2010) and have been using the latest version of Firefox browser for browsing. It's one of the few browsers still available. Google is popping up with the message that my browser is no longer supported. Do you have any suggestions about a browser that may work (other than a new computer please)? Will Firefox be coming up with a new extended version that will work? Thanks!

I am not sure what to do first. I already paid for the VPN subscription. I reinstalled Mozzilla VPN but have not yet put the sudo lines in that are listed in the help on Firefox. Can you send me an email with instructions and any special sudo lines I need to intall so I do not get charged a second time. I heve the recovery code. I am new to Mint. Windows 11 started knocking out my hardware with power surges. Had to come from the operating system itself since the machine is hooked to a power backup that smoothes the current out. I don't understand the problem. My accessing Firefox has become limited. I received a note to Upgrad to windows 11... I hae already upgraded. What must I do too have it recognised?

Your article about the expiration of Windows 10 says that anyone that has FireFox on the Release Channel doesn't have to worry, that updates will continue to support Windows 10. I don't know what that means (Release Channel). And how can I check if that's what I have?

Win 11 stopped working on my Lenoovo Yoga due to bitlocker key requirement that does not exist I'm in the process of installing Ubuntu during the installation something went wrong "system program problem detected" which stopped the installation

Hi everyone

I used Refresh Firefox option and it created "Old Firefox Data" folder on my desktop.

Awesome stuff. Sadly I cant get rid of it, here is why:

1. At first it said that the folder is used by another program and I cant delete it because of that. Cool, I decided to uninstall Firefox and make a clean install, so I have space to delete the folder too.

2. Long story short, it didnt work. I removed Firefox and tried to delete that folder, but wait for it, yeah I cant because I need permission from MYSELF. Awesome stuff.

3. I decided to use safe mode, so I used run command to run msconfig and I changed it to boot in to safe mode. But wait for it! YES! Its bugged and I cant login in safe mode, because pin is useless and it doesnt give me option to use password, so after hour of various things I got back to my normal mode via CMD commands. THANK YOU MICROSOFT.

4. So now Im stuck with the lovely "Old Firefox Data" folder, which cant be removed normally, neither in safe mode and wait for it! NEITHER WITH ADMIN CMD, not even the takeown /f "Old Firefox Data" /r command. THANK YOU MOZILLA!

So is there someone knowledgeable enough to help me to get rid of that folder pretty please? Like really a lot please.

I cannot login into a website because they complain that I have an old version of PHP. Is that already included in Firefox? I am using Firefox Vers. 143.0.4 on a MacBook Air with MacOS Big Sur, Vers. 11.7.10 Shall I go to the PHP website and download PHP?

I installed chatgpt, but I've found it more of a nuisance than a help. I've tried on-line to find out how to remove it but none of the suggestions seemed to work. I'm using the latest version of firefox on a Macbook Pro. Any ideas welcome. Charlie

I looked at the system requirements page at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/141.0/system-requirements/ . For Windows devices, the operating systems supported are listed as "Windows 10 or later".

In October 2025, Microsoft officially stops providing feature and security updates for Windows 10. However, they offer consumers and businesses the option of enrolling in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year subscriptions for Windows 10 devices which will provide another 1-year, 2-years, and 3-years of additional security updates. For those individuals and businesses who will be enrolling devices into the Windows 10 ESU program, will Mozilla continue to support Firefox on Windows 10 after October 2025, at least for those receiving security updates through Microsoft subscriptions? Or at that point will Mozilla consider Windows 11 to be the only supported Windows operating system?

When I signed into my computer this morning, a pop-up asked me if I wanted Firefox to update. I let it do that, and then a pop-up came up letting choose among some photos and art for a desktop background. It even let me upload a photo of mine. I chose one of yours, now I can't change to any other photo I have on my computer. Please help.

I'm trying to install Mozilla VPN but it won't install. The error message is as follows: the installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail.

I need to speak with someone. Firefox was updated on May 23. I have been away and can not use new version. I can not get access to aol account. I want my old Firefox back

Team, I am a longtime user and supporter of FF. I can't tell you how much I love the the layout of Firefox on Windows in v. 133 with the vertical tabs. Just as important is the fantastic, new font rendering. Thank you so much. I used to make multiple adjustments to the font in about:config when I installed FF on Windows. Now, the fonts look fantastic out of the box. Great job, team!
