Since the last update, I have found a problem with BT webmail. For my 3 different ....@btinternet.com email accounts, since the update, when I save an email to the drafts folder, then re-open it to edit and send, I can no longer re-save or send an email that comes from the drafts folder. Pressing the send or save buttons does nothing. New emails started and sent straight away (without going into the drafts folder) are not affected and still work perfectly, only those saved in drafts. This is a feature I use a lot - are you aware, and can it be fixed next update?

Ok so the question I was originally asking is why Firefox won't adjust to my computers Settings. For instance I have to Zoom to 150% to read my emails even though the minimum font size is set 20. So I went on the Help page and it kept giving direction do Refreshing the page, which I believe I've done before but the tutorial said they've changed the way it looks and where its at and unfortunately on my current, newest version, Firefox its nowhere. For starters, click on the 3 lines ie the Menu Bar on the right, good, then go down to Help, no Help listed in the Drop-Down Menu, No Troubleshooting, no More Tools? I am stuck? Ok under Share Data it says "safe-mode false" ?

Hi there Firefox team!

I'm experiencing a problem with Facebook's in-bedded messenger when I'm trying to send a voice clip to a friend. It doesn't allow the action and gives me the following error: You haven't allowed Facebook access to your microphone

The problem is that I did, both in browser and on-site, and I can make audio calls and video calls with microphone working on the messenger just fine. Only sending the voice clip doesn't work. I don't know why and whether the issue is with Firefox or with Facebook's code for Firefox, but the issue definitely is annoying.

I've also changed Firefox privacy controls from Strict to Standard, and that didn't help either.

If anyone knows what to do, please help. I love using Firefox, and it's been my default browser for like, decades, and I don't intend to leave it because of this one issue... it's just frustrating. And I've seen some people experiencing the same issue on the web.

Hello, I have recently tried to install a couple different add-ons and the same thing happens each time; once I click "Add to Firefox," the little blue ball goes left to right but nothing ever happens beyond that. I have the most recent version of the browser and have never had any issues prior. I do not have a VPN running or any other software interfering my connection. All other website and downloads seem to function normally. Can someone shed some light on what's going wrong here?

I noticed this when I opened - Settings - Privacy & Security then went to Certificates -View Certificates/Certificate Manager - first three tabs have blank fields, on Servers tab, there are entries, none matching in any way what comes up on the Enterprise Policies tab; on Authorities tab I couldn't find any entry that seemed like what was displayed on the Enterprise Policies tab.

ImportEnterpriseRoots seems to be the "organization" that is controlling my browser poking around I found the following;

On this site: https://www.orange.pl/twojekonto/zaloguj I can't force firefox to remember username (no problem with remembering password on next step). In older Firefox without WebEx there was addon which allowed to manipulate forms to prepare proper autocompletion data. This addon is not supported with WebEx anymore due to lack of proper functions. Instead Firefox Dev Team claims that mechanism built in current Firefox is enough for such tasks and mentioned addons are not needed. Seems it is wrong thinking.

I tried different approaches to save username for mentioned site but without success.

Never saw this kind of text from mozilla before. Does this mean that unlike previous versions, 78.15 will no longer give you the option to decline automatic updates?

I have used EVERY proposed step in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems#w_the-problem-does-not-occur-in-troubleshoot-mode

Problem GOES AWAY when FF is used in Troubleshoot mode BUT, when I open FF on normal mode and make sure I UNinstall all addons, extensions, dictionaries, language packs, use default theme and DONT allow hardware acceleration, then the problem STILL persists!!!

It seems that ONLY when in Troubleshoot mode the problem is resolved: NOT by removing all obvious addons or cotrols.

The problem is : ANY download button, does not work! (it is clickable, and yes, the browser seems to respond to it -rapid flickering of browser window- but a download dialogue is never opened -nor a download file is found in any corresponding folder) -then, once in Troubleshoot mode, the same button is normally functional again!

What is a proposed solution to that?

What could control could be behind the problem, that IS NOT USER switchable, but IS INDEED controlled (disabled) when Troubleshoot mode is selected???

Could there be a .json file (corrupted, etc.), that associates with buttons/elements (like the download buttons) and prevents the download to be triggered?, SO THAT maybe if I remove the .json corrupted file the new one will work fine, (maybe such a .json file is NOT loaded during Troubleshoot mode, but IS THERE whatever settings i choose through the settings of the FF)

PS: I have 14 installed plugins, about all same as on my FF93.0 on Win10 laptop, that the packet works just fine!

If you have no audio in YouTube, or some particular Firefox tab, go up to the specific tab that you're not getting audio in.

As you move the mouse to the Red play button which is YouTube's logo, if my fix is the right fix for your particular lack of sound, you will see it turn to a Muted speaker icon. Left-click that muted speaker so that it unmutes!

To reiterate, evidently Firefox has the ability to mute or not mute a single tab! Also, you may see the word MUTED in the area immediately below and to the right of the Red play button, helping you to know what's going on. The thing is, the Muted speaker icon ONLY appears if you've Mouse'd over it, which I think is suspect programming.

I am trying to print some pages from within my Firefox browser which is updated daily.And no matter what settings I choose for page width, margins, orientation or scale/fit to page the pages print way to the right and half the information is not printed. This happens when I choose to print the whole pages as well as when I choose to print my selection. I went to the new about support page (which I hate as I cannot change settings like I used to be able to change them) and I cleared the printer settings as was suggested in the Firefox help section and that had no affect/effect on the printing issue. I have wasted half a ream of paper trying to figure out how to deal with this on my own and have just filled my trash receptacle! Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. And you could throw in (if you like) a tip on how to change settings in the new about: support/config pages) Thanks very very much!

Most of the functions on the pages no longer work (The Player popup, Playlist page. etc.) Everything works fine on Chrome or my computer at work (Windows 10). There must have been a recent update to FFox that has hosed this page.

This is the penalty I'm paying to let you automatically install updates instead of notifying me of available updates I guess. Anyway here's the link:

FireFox 93.0 does not work sandboxed

Given the increasing number and sophistication of threats, I prefer to do most of my work on the Web with the browser sandboxed, using Sandboxie+ (latest version).

FF 92.x worked fine with Sandboxie+.

FF 93.0 does not.

FF 93.0 sandboxed will not open sites, including National Weather Service ones, local TV stations news sites, national news sites (e.g. Huffington Post), or will take 10+ minutes to open the sites that it will open.

Again, 92.x did not have these problems.

I've looked at the Settings values, and see no difference between the ones I had in 92.x and the ones in 93.0.

The latest Chrome (ugh) version works fine sandboxed - opens sites w.o. problems.

Is there a fix?
